    Madam:

    I am sorry to inform you that I have not been granted the salary for the last 4 months in
    spite of completing my salary requirements last October 1, 2018. As you know, I have been
    hired as Teacher 1 at San Jose Integrated School last July 9, 2018. As far as I know, it was
    mentioned that my salary will be started after the completion and submission of salary claim
    and salary integration documents. Unfortunately, I am serving this service without getting a
    salary of any month so far.
    Keeping in view the above-mentioned circumstances, I am humbly requesting for an
    update regarding my salary claim to know if there is any problem about the documents that I
    have submitted or what necessary actions should be done to get my pending salary.
    I am hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter.
