1. The pricing is done through measurements in kilograms, the price totally
depends on the products for scrap irrespective of competitiveness as it
should be reliable to position in the market. The profit could be provided to
the customers according to the quantity of scrap the larger the quantity the
price would be jolt down to reasonable price.
2. The measuring systems will help us to get the perfect price for the product.
3. We need a website, and application and domain for providing this service
and some bunch of people to work on these. Adding the offers and profits
we need exact value of that product.
4. We organise the price keeping facility with respect to the customers needs.

Advertising and Promotion Plan:
• We will invest our Annual advertising budget on the following methods
such as: the Internet (including business website, email, social media
campaigns, etc.), direct mail, door to door flyer delivery.
• Not only the cost of the advertising but our projections about the business

and that would be done through.

OPERATION
We will make an attempt to accurately forecast potential profits or losses,
capital requirements, equipment needs and business expenses. A complete
business plan also includes information pertinent to the future growth of the
company, including forecasts regarding adding additional employees and costs
associated with expansion. In the scrap metal business, expansion can include
the need for additional trucks and loading equipment.We will contact the State
Government for additional help with developing and executing our business
plan.
We will tie up with 300 kabadiwalas in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We will
train them to use our mobile application and get connected with customers.Also
we will set up a call centre of 2 people for those kabadiwalas who are illiterate
and cannot use the mobile application.this call centre will help them to take the
requests from the customers and reach there to collect the scrap.
Also we will tie up with few metal & plastic recycle units to get the scrap
recycled and earn profit out of it.The scrap will include scrap from industries
and also from households.

Financial Planning
We are Total 6 members in this start up. Initially we are going to finance our
start up by our personal savings and loans from friends and family.
We will require an initial capital approximately of Rs. 6 lakhs. For this we
will contribute 1 lakh each.
We will neet to develop 2 applications for this start up, one for customer to
drop the request and other for the kabadiwalas.
