    This test report summarizes insulation and fan startup tests on excitation transformers and fans at the PP11 power plant in Dhuruma. Resistance measurements found insulation resistances above 15GΩ on all transformers tested. Startup and running current loads were also recorded for fans 88.1, 88.2, and 88.3, with startup loads between 7.09-7.94 amps and running loads between 1.25-2.76 amps. The tests were carried out by an electrical technician on April 27th, 2018.
