For conduct of Practical Exam as per schedule, you are requested to contact
respective teachers through their Principal(s)/Head of the Institution(s) for the
finalization of the exact dates of Practical Exam in each subject. It must be noted
that the Practical Exams be completed by 7th February, 2020 positively. The Answer
Sheet and other related material etc. for Examination in respect of your School
for conduct of practical Examination have alrady been sent to you.
The practical marks of the candidates whose Practical Subject & Roll No(s)
does(do) not display in the Online award list, may please be filled up
separately in the MANUAL AWARD LIST supplied to your school, as per eligibility.
The hard copy of Practical Award Lists duly signed and uploaded marks through your
School ID and Password by External Examiner as well as answer books be
despatched to this office by the External Examiner in a sealed envelop after
providing a set of the same to you.
In class XII, the practical(s) should be conducted only by the appointed
examiner(s) and no change of external examiner be done by the school at their own.
In case any of refusal/inability expressed by the appointed examiner, that must be
confirmed by the principal of concern school with justification etc and the school
should immediately contact the Regional Office / Confidential Branch by helpline no.
0674 - 2721812, email id ([email protected]) for making necessary
alternative arrangements. IT MAY BE NOTED, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THE BOARD
WOULD ACCEPT AWARD LIST OF THE SUBJECT PRACTICAL EXAM FILLED BY ANY TEACHER
OTHER THAN THE PRACTICAL EXAMINER APPOINTED.
You are requested to follow the guidelines and rules published by

the
Board time to time and ensure for timely & fair conduct of Practical Exam. in your
School. It is expected from the Principal/Head of the Institution to take due care
about uploading of all Practical Marks in respect of the Candidates present for the
Examination.
Guidelines and modalities for conduct of practical(s) as well as

online
uploading of Practical marks be followed for strict compliance by all concern.
Besides conducting of Practical for own school candidates, it is requested to
ensure releiving of your school's PGTs/PRTs for conduct of practical exams at the
school(s) where they have been appointed/deputed for the same in the interest of
the students.
