    COMES NOW, the plaintiff through the undersigned Counsel and unto this
    Honorable Court most respectfully avers:

    That on January 6, 2017, the Honorable Court rendered its decision on


    the above entitled case where the dispositive portion reads as follows:

    “WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing , judgment is hereby rendered in


    favor of the plaintiff OSCAR R. DAVID and against the defendants RAYMOND DE
    LOS REYES and RANDY DE LOS REYES as follows;

    1. Ordering the defendants and all persons claiming rights under them to
    surrender actual possession of the property covered by TCT No. 010-
    2013-000398 to the plaintiff;

    2. Ordering the defendants to pay the plaintiff Oscar R. David the amount
    of Php50,000.00 as attorney’s fees;

    3. Costs of Suit.

    SO ORDERED.

    That the said Decision was duly received by the undersigned counsel last
    February 6, 2017 and the same was duly received by the defendants last
    February 15, 2017 as per return Card received by the Honorable Court;

    That the fifteen (15) day period had already lapsed and no responsive
    pleading was ever filed by the defendants .

    Wherefore , in view of the above, Plaintiff ,through counsel most


    respectfully request the Honorable Court for issuance of an Order of Finality of
    its decision , dated January 6, 2017 and further prays for the approval of the
    same . Plaintiff through counsel further prays for relief just and equitable in the
    premises.
