CGS group is equipped with a full scale Engineering Department, employing some excellent
Engineers from Australia, Denmark, and Germany Jordan & Asians who are fully capable of
designing, implementation & execution of INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION
projects. Our civil & structural support department enables us to execute full scale Turnkey
Cold Store Project with the same professional approach for which CGS group is regarded
in GCC markets. Some of the MAJOR turn-key projects successfully commissioned are as
follows;

1. Sharbatly Cold store project. (Phase I), Khamis Mushayet, Done as “turn-key”
including civil & steel structural works. Built Store Area approx 9,800 M3, loading
area & dock levelers.
2. Nashar trading Co. Jeddah, Meat processing & cold store project, Done as “turn-key”
including civil & steel structural works. Built area approx 3000 M3 including BLAST
FREEZER.
3. Fakieh Poultry Farms Makkah. Jeddah central warehouse and distribution center.
Done as “turn key” project including civil and steel structural works. Built Area
approx. 9,800 M2, including 4 freezers, 2 chillers, loading area with dock levelers /
docking system and office block.
4. Al Juffailah Corporation (Al Kabeer), Done as “turn-key” including civil & steel
structural works. Built area approx 9000 M3
5. Sharbatly Cold store project. (Phase II), Khamis Mushayet, Done as “turn-key”
including civil & steel structural works. Built Store Area approx 9,000 M3, loading
area & dock levelers.
6. Abdul Hadi Al Qahtani Beverage (Pepsi) Khamis Mushayet, Chiller & mobile storage
facilities for “Tropicana Juice”. Includes all civil, steel works, dock levelers, Fork lift
trucks & racking.
7. Omar Kassem Al Esayi Marketing Co. Ltd in Al Khumrah – Jeddah
Prestigious cold store project done by CGS with central refrigeration plant operating
on ammonia pump-circulation system.

The Refrigeration plant is an automatic type, whereby the capacities of the screw
compressors are regulated automatically in portion of the demand, the condensation of
the ammonia hot gasses takes place in Two (2) evaporative condensers, which is
common practice in modern refrigeration plants.

The project is consisted of two freezer rooms operated at-26 C0 with volume (each)
3000 m3, two ante rooms 0 C0 with volume (each) 300 m3, four freezer rooms operated
at -20 C0 with volume (each) 6400 m3, two dual temperature rooms -1 / +10 C0 with

volume (each) 6400 m3, two chiller rooms +10 C0 with volume (each) 6400 m3, loading
area and corridor +10 C0 with 6000 m3 and a huge storage area +20 C0 with volume
160,000 m3

their Khamis Mushayet Dept., including civil & steel structural works.
Built area approx. 9000 m3.

2. ARABIAN TRADING SUPPLIES, Madinah, Regional office and central

warehouse. Complete MEP works including Refrigeration, Air- conditioning with
BMS control system, Fire detection and fire fighting system, complete Electrical
works including Gensets, Automatic Transfer switches, MDB`s, lighting and
lightening protection system and plumbing / sewage system.

3. ASSIR COOPERATIVE POULTRY PROCESSING PLANT, Mohayel ASSIR.

Complete Project including INDUSTRIAL AMMONIA REFRIGERATION SYSTEM of
9,800 kW capacity, supply & installation of PIR sandwich panels and docking
system.
