The document provides tips and strategies for progressing through different areas in the Sekiro game, obtaining important items, and defeating bosses and mini-bosses.

Some important locations mentioned include Ashina Outskirts, Hirata Estate, Senpou Temple, Fountainhead Palace, and more. A full list of sculptor's idols and their locations is also provided.

Tips include how to obtain the Young Lord's Bell Charm, Robert's Firecrackers, the Flame Vent prosthetic tool, and the different fragments needed to assemble the Dragon's Mask. Strategies are also discussed for defeating bosses like the Chained Ogre.

Sekiro Game Progress Route

Once you get used to playing the game, you can adjust your camera speed settings. This way, you'll easily be able
to track fast enemies. It's best to increase camera speed gradually so you won't get confused.

Ashina Outskirts

You will want to go back to the Dilapidated Temple to craft and equip your Loaded Shuriken, as well as upgrade
your Healing Gourd after defeating General Naomori Kawarada. Make sure to talk to Inosuke Nogami's
Mother to obtain the Young Lord's Bell Charm, as it unlocks access to Hirata Estate.
Once you reach Outskirts Wall - Stairway Idol, find a nearby Recollection and talk to Anayama the Peddler, then
you'll want to teleport to the Dilapidated Temple so you can go to another area and obtain some important tools.

You’re looking for the house where you speak to the old woman — Inosuke Nogami’s Mother — who gives you
the Young Lord’s Bell Charm. It’s about halfway between the Ashina Outskirts > Ashina Outskirts and the Ashina
Outskirts > Outskirts Wall - Gate Path Sculptor’s Idols — it’s not too far past where you fought General Naomori
Kawarada.

From that house, head downhill a little more, past Inosuke Nogami. Just before you reach the gate — where the
guard with the mortar cannon will spot you, turn to the left and grapple up. At the ledge, turn left again and grapple
up some more. Follow the path you land on a little ways until you can grapple up one more time. If you’re quick
and watch where you’re headed, you can hit all three grapple points without touching the ground like we did in the
video above.

At the top, you’ll meet the Memorial Mob. He’ll sell you an item called Robert’s Firecrackers for 500 sen. (If you
need money, you’ll find three Light Coin Purses in the hidden room under the old woman — just watch out for
the two roosters guarding it.) Take the Firecrackers back to the Sculptor, and he’ll turn it into the Shinobi
Firecracker. It’s especially useful against an upcoming boss, Gyoubu Oniwa.

After defeating the Chained Ogre, you will find yourself in a clearing with General Tenzen Yamauchi. After
defeating all enemies here, you can rest at the Underbridge Valley Sculptor's Idol to respawn and farm those
enemies again.

Butterfly with the information seller.

Hirata Estate

We are visiting this area to get the Flame Vent, as it will help with a mini-boss fight back in Ashina Outskirts. You
should aim to progress until Bamboo Thicket Slope Idol. You will want to locate Treasure Carps and the Treasure
Carp Scale merchant and get two Prosthetic Tools while you are here. You can then unlock a shortcut to the
area's second idol, and go back to the dilapidated temple to fit your new tools.

Shinobi Axe of the Monkey can be found at Hirata Estate: From the path after acquiring the Flame Barrel, you'll
come across a dying man who will tell you about an axe. You'll find a courtyard where two guards are talking and
you can eavesdrop and listen on their conversation about their next plan of burning a temple - kill the two guards,
and open the small garden house where the guards were standing to find the material.
If you want to progress a bit further, meet Anayama the Peddler, find the nearby Bundled Jizo Statue, and go
forward until you defeat the Mini-Boss Shinobi Hunter Enshin of Misen so you get an extra Prayer Bead. Unlock
the Idol ahead of him, Bamboo Thicket Slope, then go into the nearby water (left bamboo road), then into a secret
path and up a wall to get Mist Raven's Feathers. Then port back to Ashina Outskirts.

Ashina Outskirts

Coming back from Hirata Estate, you now have a Flame Vent equipped that can greatly assist vs the Chained
Ogre mini-boss, defeating the ogre will reward you with a Prayer Bead and the Shinobi Medicine Rank 1 skill.
Make sure to pick up the items Nightjar Monocular and Gourd Seed, and face against General Tenzen
Yamauchi to get more Prayer Beads. You can optionally go to fight Headless, but it's a difficult fight and advisable
to wait until later in the game.
Make your way past the Great Serpent and locate the second Recollection.

Then face against boss Gyoubu Oniwa. Make sure to consume the boss memory you obtain, so your Attack Power
increases.

Find the Battlefield Memorial Mob and purchase both the Gourd Seed and Robert's Firecrackers, then meet
the Tengu of Ashina and accept his quest. Pick up the prayer bead at the top of this building and unlock a shortcut.
Go back to Dilapidated Temple and craft your new prosthetics. Talk to the Sculptor to unlock Prosthetic Arts.

Prayer Beads In The Attic

Near the Battlefield Memorial Mob in Ashina Outskirts, there is a tall wooden building. You can recognize this
building as the right one by the fact that it has a man in a red mask near it. If you go inside and climb up to the
hidden attic, you'll find a chest with some Prayer Beads inside.

jefe “real”, Gyoubu Oniwa.
Camina a

Shortcut
Location: Headless Cave
Leads to: Senpou Temple - Bell Demon's Temple
Though this door is clearly outlined, the location of the shortcut itself can be tricky to find. Once you have defeated
the Chained Ogre in the Ashina Outskirts, head up into the next courtyard where a Samurai General and his men
are located.

From here, take a right out the large doors to find a small shrine and a warning note about a Headless. If you look
behind the shrine you can find a tree to grapple to, and then jump down to grab a cliff ledge to move to a large
cave below.

At the bottom of this cave is a Headless Mini-Boss that cannot be damaged by normal means, and will sap your
will to run. It's best not to engage this enemy until later when you have better tools.

Run around behind it and look along the walls for a small tunnel opening that leads to a Shinobi Shortcut. This
will take you all the way to the Senpou Temple, Mount Kongo region far earlier than you should normally be able
to visit - but the spot is isolated from the rest of the area due to a nearby locked door.

Head up the stairs past a Centipede enemy to find a Sculptor's Idol and a large bell with a note imploring you to
not to ring the bell. If you do so anyway, you'll be cursed by a Bell Demon in your inventory that will make foes
more difficult, but increase rewards dropped.

If this sounds like too much trouble, you can always "use" the Bell Demon in your inventory to make it go away.

Hirata Estate

Go back to Hirata Estate, Bamboo Thicket Slope idol and make your way up to meet The Owl and obtain Hidden
Temple Key. Progress through to face and defeat Juzou the Drunkard and obtain Unrefined Sake and Prayer Bead,
after entering the house take the left path and hug the poster wall at the end, it is a fake, take the items and another
prayer bead from the room, then face against Lady Butterfly - defeating her will reward you with a Memory: Lady
Butterfly and Sakura Droplet.

The Three-Storied Pagoda Near The Hirata Estate

Enter this pagoda once you've defeated him and search the rooms. Inside, you should find the Mist Raven's
Feather. This item can help you craft the Mist Raven Prosthetic Tool. If you skipped out on the pagoda, you
skipped out on that upgrade.

Secret Passageway In Hirata Estate Audience Chamber

The Hirata Estate is more than just memories. It's chock-full of secrets. In the Audience Chamber, an especially
observant player can find a Shinobi Door. These doors are secret revolving walls that lead to hidden areas.

In a hallway that looks like an impasse with a painting, hug that wall and find yourself in a secret room. There are
plenty of goodies inside, including some Prayer Beads, so be sure to look around thoroughly before departing once
again.

The Hidden Hut Of The Hirata Estate

From Software excels at hiding great items in inconspicuous locations. There is a tiny hut that stands innocuously
on the Hirata Estate. This small building can be found past the campfire where you found the Flame Vent.
Continue on this path, sticking to the left, until you see two enemies outside this teeny shrine. Deal with them
(quietly if you can) and then enter the building. Another delightful surprise, equivalent to the Flame Vent, awaits
you inside.

The Lake Near The Bamboo Thicket Shrine

While at the Hirata Estate, visit the Bamboo Thicket Slope Idol. There is a body of water nearby with a hapless
fish for Wolf to carve up for a Treasure Carp Scale. Don't miss this spot or else you will miss out on a chance to
stuff your shinobi wallet with...fish scales.

Shortcut
Location: Audience Chamber
Leads To: Secret Room
After defeating Juzou the Drunk and gaining access to the main Audience Chamber in the estate, look for a short
hallway on the left side where to Bandits patrol, and the hall suddenly ends after a left turn.

Look at the wall at the end of the passage with a painting and hug the wall to reveal a Shinobi Shortcut Secret
Door, which leads to a secret room!

Inside here are many untouched spoils, including a Mibu Balloon of Wealth and Light Coin Purse. Head down the
hall to the left to find a room with Divine Confetti, and a large screen on the other side of the room that hides a
chest you can open to find a Prayer Bead!

Shortcut
Ashina Castle
Location: Upper Tower - Main Antechamber
Leads To: Secret Armory Room
After you gain entrance to the Upper Tower through the Nightjar Ninja-infested rooftops, head into the main
antechamber room and look for a room on the side where two Ashina Elite are looking over a map of the area on
the floor.

After defeating them, look for a small portrait between two suits of armor. Hug the wall where the picture hangs,
and you’ll reveal a Shinobi Shortcut Secret Door - leading to a small armory.

In here you can open a chest to uncover a Prayer Bead, and find a Light Coin Purse next to it - and by busting the
nearby screen, you can locate a Heavy Coin Purse in the corner of the room.

Shortcut
Location: Upper Tower - Lord Kuro's Room
Leads To: Dilapidated Temple
After you defeat Lord Genichiro Ashina at the top of the Ashina Castle Tower, you'll be allowed downstairs to
Lord Kuro's room where you'll continue your quest.
While down here, Lord Kuro may mention of a Shinobi Shortcut Secret Door nearby - and you can spot it just
between the stairway and the nearby library area. By hugging the wall here along the body outline - you can find a
shortcut leading all the way back to the Dilapidated Temple in the Ashina Outskirts.

Ashina Castle

Kill the enemies in the first area to the right and then return to Tengu of Ashina to complete his quest and unlock
the powerful Ashina Arts. You will want to unlock the passive skills in this line as soon as possible.
Proceed through the level and defeat Blazing Bull to gain access to Ashina Castle Sculptor's Idol.
From Idol, grapple across and defeat an enemy to obtain Gatehouse Key. Across the bridge, next to
the Abandoned Dungeon Entrance Sculptor's Idol, you'll find the Dungeon Memorial Mob merchant.

Sekiro guide: Finding the Sabimaru Prosthetic Tool

A poison blade for your Shinobi Prosthetic

Sekiro’s Prosthetic Tools are just that: tools. Sure they’re weapons, but it’s even more useful to think of them as
tools to solve the puzzles the game presents. The Sabimaru is a Prosthetic Tool you’ll find in Ashina Castle.

It’s easy to miss the location, so this guide will walk you through finding it and its uses.

Sabimaru Location
The Sabimaru Prosthetic Tool is hidden in an area you could pass through countless times and never search — we
missed it for hours.

Head to the Ashina Castle > Upper Tower Antechamber Sculptor’s Idol. Go up the stairs and handle the samurai
behind the screen. The next room has two samurai and an old woman patrolling. Handle or ignore them however
you’d like.

Your goal is below you. Jump the railing and grapple to the beam as you fall. Look below you to spot a samurai
and three grunts. Target the samurai and take him out with a plunging Deathblow, then deal with his backup.

Head into the adjoining room and pick up the Eel Liver, then open the nearby chest to find the Sabimaru. Take
that back to the Sculptor at the Dilapidated Temple, and he’ll turn it into a Prosthetic Tool for you.

Sabimaru As A Prosthetic Tool

he Sabimaru isn’t as generally useful a Prosthetic Tool as, say, the Shinobi Firecracker. It’s expensive to use —
every hit in its combo chain consumes one of your Spirit Emblems. But the poison abnormality it imparts can be
extremely beneficial in some fights, particularly against Snake Eye Sharifuji.

 Fujioka the Info Broker. You’ll meet this NPC a little past the Ashina Castle. Ashina Castle Sculptor’s Idol
— he’s up the stairs on the right side. After you clear the enemies, he’ll move to the Dilapidated Temple
and act as a merchant there. He’ll see you a Gourd Seed for 2,000 sen.

chest there.

Ashina Reservoir Revisited

Find the gatehouse and use the Gatehouse Key to obtain Gyoubu's Broken Horn and unlock the Loaded
Spear Prosthetic Tool.
Defeat Mini-Boss Seven Ashina Spears to obtain a Prayer Bead and loot the Bundled Jizo Statue behind the Moon-
View tower. Also, listen to Kuro's remnant.
Find and meet Jinzaemon Kumano and talk to him about music.
Approach and defeat Lone Shadow Longswordsman to obtain Prayer Bead and 2x Scrap Magnetite.
Unlock the Sculptor's Idol at the back entrance of Abandoned Dungeon.

The Gatehouse By The Ashina Castle Reservoir

When you return to the Ashina Castle Reservoir, you will be able to explore it more thoroughly than you could
during your hushed journey in the prologue. You may have noticed a nearby bridge by a locked gatehouse.
On the bridge, two enemies are strolling along, minding their own business. Ruin their day by defeating them and
stealing the key to the gatehouse for yourself. Inside the gatehouse is another prosthetic tool and the ability to give
Wolf a little breathing room before heading out into the world again.

Ashina Castle

Head forward up the steps and defeat General Kuranosuke Matsumoto. Clear the enemies around him and finish
him off. He has similar moves to the other Generals.
Fujioka the Info Broker is trapped by samurai below him. Defeat them all and then speak to him to obtain
the Nightjar Beacon Memo (he then moves to Dilapidated Temple and becomes a vendor)
Make your way up, following the purple smoke, to the top of Ashina Castle. Through a bunch of Grey Nightjar
Shinobi, and eventually some samurai.
After getting the Antechamber Idol, there is a room with two samurai and a priestess patrolling. Jump down to
find the Sabimaru.
Back up near Antechamber Idol: Below the room where you can see 3 Ashina Samurai in the adjacent room, you'll
find a huggable wall right where you got Ako's Sugar to locate a hidden passage. You'll find coin purses and a
treasure chest containing a Prayer Bead.
Going back up, you'll then reach Ashina Elite - Jinusuke Saze. Defeat him.
Then make your way out the window and up to another area where you will face Genichiro Ashina - defeating him
rewards you with a Memory for you to consume as well as acquiring your first Ninjutsu Technique: Bloodsmoke
Ninjutsu.
Isshin Ashina is across the way at one of the smoke signals and is easy to find from the window if you jump out
of the window and immediately turn right.
Speak to Kuro afterward and loot the Gun Fort Shrine Key near his feet.
If you go toward Isshin's quarters and look below you, you'll notice an area that you can drop to. This is Old Grave
Idol. If you drop down to a broken roof behind said idol, you'll meet Blackhat Badger and can now purchase
the Loaded Umbrella material from him for 1600 sen.

Old Grave At Ashina Castle

The Old Grave is located by the reservoir behind Ashina Castle. Make your way to the courtyard where you fought
the Shinobi Hunter and take a left past the main door. You will find a tranquil spot, complete with the said old
grave and a Dragon's Blood Droplet.

The place is a surprisingly peaceful area, given that Ashina Castle itself is crawling with enemies. The surrounding
area includes a bunch of goodies, but nothing beats the aura of calm emanating from the grave site.

Secret Armory In Ashina Castle Antechamber

While you're in the upper tower of Ashina Castle, make a pit stop in the War Room of the Antechamber. In the
War Room, there are two suits of armor standing in front of a portrait on the wall. Hug the wall, and you will find
that it is another Shinobi Door. It revolves and leads you to a hidden armory.

Unfortunately, you don't deck yourself out with a billion swords here, turning Wolf into a porcupine of weapons.
But you can find some Prayer Beads and Coin Purses inside.

Beneath The Lake By The Old Grave Idol

There is a small pool near the Old Grave Idol by the Ashina Castle Tower. Dive below the water's surface to find
a Headless mini-boss. The Headless are scattered around the land, and some of them are underwater. Before
finding them, be sure Wolf knows the Mibu Breathing Technique. You can't be diving underwater without that.

Shinobi Shortcut In Kuro's Room

If anybody missed this next hidden area, they might need to get their ears checked. While exploring Lord Kuro's
room, he will tell Wolf that there is a Shinobi Door nearby. The door/wall is by the library and the stairs.

This revolving door forms a secret passageway that connects Kuro's room in Ashina's Castle all the way to the
Dilapidated Temple in the Ashina Outskirts. If that's not a shortcut of epic proportions, we don't know what is.
Sometimes the walk is not worth it.

Abandoned Dungeon

This area is pretty small and is more of transitional space. Speak to Doujon shortly after entering near
the Battlefield Memorial Mob entrance.
A side quest will start if you answer Yes to Doujun when he asks if you're a Shinobi - he will then provide you
with a Surgeon's Bloody Letter that requires you to deliver an unharmed tough man. You can either lure Jinzaemon
Kumano or Kotaro to the dungeon. Delivering an NPC to them nets you 3x Lump of Fat and makes Doujun
move away, his spot replaced by an Eavesdropping opportunity after you rest.
Drop down and find the passage to defeat Shichimen Warrior if you so choose, but it is optional - defeating the
Mini-Boss rewards you with the Ceremonial Tanto.
From the Underground Waterway Idol, head towards the water to find more items. And swim to the other end to
the next room to find a mechanism to operate a lift that will lead you to Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo.

Deep In The Abandoned Dungeon

Violent crickets and undead enemies plague the bowels of Ashina Castle. However, exploring that area makes for
some unsettling discoveries. The Abandoned Dungeon is spookiness personified, especially once you figure out
what the surgeons of Ashina Castle are up to down there.

Be sure to talk to Doujun, a physician who only seems to want to stand in front of door leading further in, and
fulfill his disturbing quest in order to gain access to a Bottomless Hole. Why? Well, for fun, of course.

Prayer Bead #12: Abandoned Dungeon Entrance

Bought from a merchant for 1400 money. He’s sitting in a tent next to the Abandoned Dungeon Entrance idol.
To get there, backtrack to the entrance of Ashina Castle. Where the Ashina Castle idol is, jump off the left side of
the bridge and use the grapple point. There you can eavesdrop on two enemies on another wooden bridge. Cross
the bridge and follow the path straight ahead to reach the dungeon.

Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo

Speak to the NPC Monk near the first idol (outside) and he'll ask you to bring him a "white flower".
Once you defeat the monks in the room with the crickets, loot the Gourd Seed here.
Speak to the Old Woman and she'll ask you to bring her some Rice, which you will get later.
Defeat the Armored Warrior on the bridge - defeating the mini-boss rewards you with a Prayer Bead and
the Breath of Nature: Shadow Skill.
Loot the Red and White Pinwheel from the cliff edge.
After looting the Red and White Pinwheel, turn towards the bridge and walk back, looking to the right. You'll see
a cliff side with a grapple point. Follow the path to the White Pinwheel.
Defeat the Long Arm Centipede Sen-Un much further up the mountain, inside the Temple - defeating him rewards
you with a Prayer Bead and upgrade materials.
Loot Senpou Esoteric Text, by going through a cave and coming out the other side near the Temple at the top of
the mountain.
Ring the Bell at the large temple near the Main Hall Idol and face the Folding Screen Monkeys - defeating them
rewards you with a memory and the Puppeteer Ninjutsu Technique.
Speak with the Divine Child of Rejuvenation in the Inner Sanctum to receive the Mortal Blade.
Acquire the Holy Chapter: Infested and bring it to the Divine Child of Rejuvenation. This can be done if you came
to Senpou temple before talking to Kuro about the Mortal Blade, or by diving in the pond near the "Temple
Grounds" idol after completing Mibu Village.

The Shinobi Shortcut To Senpou Temple

Shortcuts are a delight to the weary traveler in a From Software game. Access to a shortcut in Ashina Outskirts
can be found just past the place where you fought the Chained Ogre. Continue forward and then take a right until
you find a sign warning you about a Headless enemy.

Look down from a nearby shrine and you'll find a ledge you can grapple to beneath you. This ledge leads to a cave,
which does indeed lead to a Headless mini-boss. Once past this guy, you can find the next Shinobi Door to the
Senpou Temple region in Mount Kongo.

Mummy Room In Senpou Temple

Casual players of From Software games don't take the time to appreciate the environment. They're too busy
surviving, which is understandable. When you reach the interior of Senpou Temple, there is a room within where
some Priests are contemplating a mummy on a kind of altar.

After taking care of the still living Priests in the room, take the time to examine the mummified one on the altar.
He's holding onto a Gourd Seed just for you. He's not too happy once you take it though.

Ravine By Gun Fort Cave Shrine

After defeating the Long-Armed Centipede Giraffe, you might think that's all there is to it in that area. You would
be wrong. There is a secret area right underneath the floorboards of the room you just slew the Long-Armed
Centipede Giraffe in. (From Software uses pretty imaginative names for its enemies, don't you think?)

There is a network of tunnels to explore down there. One of these tunnels even includes Prayer Beads. Be warned.
Another one of these tunnels includes some very unhappy lizards.

Senpou temple, mt. Kongo gourd seeds

 Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo Gourd Seed location. The Gourd Seed is back behind the Corrupted Monk.
Corrupted Monk.
 From the Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo. Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo Sculptor’s Idol, head up the hill, past
all the monks, and into the temple with all the crickets. In the room with the three praying monks and a
corrupted monk, the Gourd Seed is behind the shrine in front of them. (This is right before you meet the
old woman where you fly the kite.

Prayer Bead #17: Senpou Temple – Temple Grounds (unreachable on first visit)
Collected in the open world. From the Temple Grounds idol, jump down to the pond where two Treasure Carp
are swimming. After defeating the Corrupted Monk main boss in Ashina Depths region you will unlock the diving
ability. Once you have that unlocked you can press R2 / RT to dive down and finds this Prayer Bead on the floor
of the pond. This is not possible on the first visit, only after you defeated the Corrupted Monk main boss. Keep
this one in mind and return for it later.
Ashina Castle

After gaining the Mortal Blade you'll want to port back to the top of Ashina Castle and drop from the roof into
the moat. Grapple out and then make your way through the few enemies here and across the bridge to the exit of
Ashina Castle. Use the Gun Fort Shrine Key to open the shrine and speak to Tengu of Ashina. If you have acquired
the last Skill in ANY Skill Tree, he will give you the Mushin Esoteric Text. Then grapple over into Sunken Valley.
From this point onward, you will want to drop by Isshin's room in Ashina Castle and eavesdrop on him. You are
looking for a conversation between him and Emma that gives you some insight into the story and options available.

Prayer Bead #13: Upper Tower – Antechamber

Collected behind a secret wall. From the Antechamber idol, go into the next room where you meet a new type of
enemy – Samurai in blue robes wielding katanas with both hands. Two of these are patrolling the area and two are
sitting in a room on the right. Go where the two are sitting, in that room is a banner on a wall between two samurai
armor statues. You can lean against this wall and it will spin around to reveal a hidden room. There you find a
chest with the Prayer Bead inside.

Sunken Valley

When you first arrive at Under-Shrine Valley, turn around and grapple across, defeat two Gunmen and jump and
grab a ledge. You'll come to a grave site where you can find 1x Prayer Bead. The pond nearby leads to
a Headless but you cannot go there until after Mibu Village is completed.
Defeat the Mini-Boss Snake Eyes Shirafuji after swinging across the valley.
Defeat the Long-arm Centipede Giraffe - defeating the mini-boss rewards you with a Prayer Bead. The room also
has the Large Fan upgrade material for the Divine Abduction Prosthetic Tool.
Make it past the Great Serpent by using the rock as cover.

Sunken Valley Pyramid Graves

Upon first dropping into the Sunken Valley, don't let yourself be swept away with the grandeur of this mystical
place. Find and eliminate a pair of riflemen nearby. To your left, there should be a ledge for you to clamber on.
This path will lead you to a ravine that veers back toward the Ashina Outskirts. At the end of this path lie some
stone graves in the shape of pyramids. Search around the graves and you will be rewarded with some much-needed
Prayer Beads.

Across The Sunken Valley Canyon

Alongside Prayer Beads, Gourd Seeds are items you do not want to miss while playing Sekiro. They help you heal,
and as any Dark Souls veteran can tell you, healing is key to surviving in a From Software game. One Gourd Seed,
in particular, is extremely hard to find in the Sunken Valley.

Start at the Under-Shrine Valley Idol. Drop down below (carefully) and then leap across the gaping chasm. Go
through the nearby tunnel and then grapple onto a branch to your left. Go onto the cliff ledge and keep to the left
again. If you follow the path further, you'll find a sunny spot to take in a view of the canyon. Oh, and you'll also
find that Gourd Seed.

Sunken Valley Gourd Seeds

 From the Sunken Valley. Under-Shrine Valley Sculptor’s Idol, head forward. Jump across to take out the
first rifleman. Take the left branch in the path and grapple up to the branch, then across to the ledges.
Take out the rifleman there. Climb the wall on your left. Head through the tunnel, and take out the
rifleman. Grapple across to another set of ledges, and take out one more rifleman. Climb the wall on your
left (again). At the top, there’s a small shelter. The Gourd Seed is inside.

Snow Adventures By The Under-Shrine Valley Idol

If you go up the hill from the Under-Shrine Valley Idol, you will come across two enemies with rifles. After you
dispatch them, you can climb up to where they were and observe your surroundings. There is a convenient Prayer
Bead located nearby in case you want it. Or you could ignore it and just have Wolf breathe in the frigid air.

The Small Pool Past The Under-Shrine Valley Idol

Once the Mibu Breathing Technique is acquired, water can't stop Wolf from going wherever he wants. If you cross
the chasm by the Under-Shrine Valley Idol, you can follow a path to a small pool of water.

Wolf can dive into this pool, which leads him to a dark cave. You can't enjoy the scenery while in this secret
location. Why not? Well, a Headless mini-boss is lying in wait for you there. There's no time to dilly-dally when
your life is in danger.

Prayer Bead #24: Under-Shrine Valley

Collected in the open world. From the first idol in Sunken Valley, called “Under-Shrine Valley”, turn around to
walk up the hill slightly. Jump across the abyss by grappling on to a tree stump. There are two riflemen here. Kill
them, then double-jump up the wall next to them. Hug the wall around the ledge. On the other side, drop down
to find the prayer bead in the snow. Just like any other, it looks like a normal item pickup (golden orb).

Prayer Bead #27: Sunken Valley – Gun Fort

Collected in the open world. After defeating the Long-arm Gentipede Giraffe, drop down the hole in the same
room where the boss fight happened. Then crouch through an underground section and head out the left side of
the tunnel. From there, hang on to the grapple point above you on the left. Now from here you can reach more
grapple points on the right. Follow the dark cave all the way to the right until you hit a dead-end with a bunch of
midget-enemies and poison geckos. The Prayer Bead is golden-orb item pickup like any other, right where the
enemies are.

Sunken Valley Passage

Speak with the Old Woman next to the Bodhisattva Valley Idol and give her Rice to find out how to get past
the Great Serpent.
Defeat the Guardian Ape just below this Idol.
Loot the Lotus of the Palace in the cave directly next to the Idol.
Find the Toxic Memorial Mob for another merchant to buy/sell at on the opposite end of the Valley Passage away
from the Guardian Ape.
Use the Puppeteer Ninjutsu on the Monkey in the cave with the Great Serpent to get past. Drop down over the
left edge just in front of the Serpent and jump up to find him.
Loot Dried Serpent Viscera from just behind the Serpent.
Grapple out to find the Ashina Depths area and unlock the Poison Pool Idol
Port to Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo Idol and drop down and use the Puppeteer Ninjutsu on the Rat near the Kite
mechanism.
Then make your way all the way up the hill and through the temple there, and grapple up on to the large tree near
the large temple outside, on the cliff's edge. Grapple across the gap using the Kite and drop down to find the
Sunken Valley Idol.
Drop down to kill the Great Serpent and get the Fresh Serpent Viscera.
Then loot the Bundled Jizo Statue nearby.

Riven Cave Exploration Before The Monkeys

Once you reach the Riven Cave Idol, don't burst through the tunnels looking to reach the next fight immediately.
Explore the nooks and crannies of this small area. Plus, if you grapple up to a branch while still next to the Idol,
you will be led to a tunnel that stores some Adamantite Scrap.

While calling a material as valuable as Adamantite "scrap" is confusing, it would be a waste to not collect it while
you have the chance. You need this "scrap" to upgrade your prosthetic arm.

Shortcut
Location: Head Priest's House
Leads to: Head Priest's House - Interior

After passing the Water Mill Sculptor's Idol and getting past O'Rin of the Water - you'll find a path leading up to
the boss of this region winds past a large house with many Mibu Villagers praying out front - and the door is
locked.

If you look around the front of the house, there's a crawlspace to get in under the house, but getting inside requires
some ninja thinking. Angle the camera to see the floorboards of the house and look for the outline of a body along
the underside of the house - and interact to flip up inside of the house.

Inside you'll find the Head Priest that you can speak to - as well as finding a few items like Divine Confetti, a Red
Lump, and a Prayer Bead in the attic. You can also explore around the building for Adamantium Scrap in the back,
and a Heavy Coin Purse on the roof, as well as a Light Coin Purse on the house across the river.

Ashina depths

Defeat Snake Eyes Shirahagi near the Poison Pools Idol, then enter the cave and grapple up to a small passage
and jump up the wall to find some items including a Prayer Bead. Then make your way down to fight the Headless
Ape a second time. At this point, if you port out you won't be able to port back to this Idol but will find a Shichimen
Warrior in this area. Port to Poison Pools if you wish to fight him, or carry on.

You can speak to Jinzaemon Kumano just above the Idol. Make your way through the mist area until you come
to Tokujiro the Glutton, and defeat him. Then drop down inside the temple to defeat the Mist Noble up ahead.

You can defeat the Headless here if you wish or come back later - defeating the Headless rewards you with
Gachiin's Spiritfall.

Past Snake-Eyes And Into The Cave

In Ashina Depths, there is a mini-boss fight with a Snake Eyes Shirafuji. There is a cave just past him that you can
enter. As soon as you enter, look up and to your left to find a ledge you can grapple onto.
Using the grapple and your wall-jump ability, climb up the statue that you find there. On the statue's head is a
small, hidden area with some handy-dandy Prayer Beads. You can linger in this place as you solemnly contemplate
the next boss fight you're going to encounter.

Prayer Bead #19: Poison Pool

Collected in the open world. In the tunnel behind Snake Eyes Shirahagi miniboss you can grapple up the left side
(before going through a big circular room). This lets you reach the head of a tall statue in the poison pool, on top
of the statue head is this prayer bead.

Ashina Depths/Hidden Forest

You can defeat the Headless here if you wish or come back later - defeating the Headless rewards you
with Gachiin's Spiritfall.

The Locked House In Ashina Depths

Locked doors mean nothing to a shinobi of Wolf's caliber. While wandering around Ashina Depths, you might
have noticed a group of villagers praying to an imposing house. If you thought this situation at all strange, you
might have attempted to enter said house. The door's locked, so there is no getting in that way.
What you're supposed to do is find a crawlspace to the area beneath the house. A Shinobi Door (more like a
Shinobi Floor) will be above you, and you can flip the surface to gain ingress.

Ashina Depths Gourd Seeds

 Sekiro Mibu Village Gourd Seed location. The Gourd Seed in Mibu Village is at the base of the tree with
white flowers.
 Mibu Village. From the Ashina Depths. Mibu Village Sculptor’s Idol, head into the village. At about the
halfway point, there’s a very distinct tree covered in white flowers. The Gourd Seed is at its base.

Prayer Bead #22: Watermill

Collected in the open world. On the path from the Watermill idol to the Corrupted Monk boss you’ll come by a
building with a mob of enemies gathered in front of it (one of them is a large enemy with a bell weapon), and you
can eavesdrop on the door of the building. You can crouch under this building on the right side and from there
open a floor panel to enter. In the attic at a small shrine you find this Prayer Bead.

Prayer Bead #23: Mibu Village

Collected in the open world. On the right side of Mibu Village (where lots of small enemies are patrolling the
village), there’s a lake. Jump in that lake and dive down with R2. At the bottom you find a glowing chest that
contains this Prayer Bead. You learn the diving skill after defeating the Corrupted Monk at the very end of Ashina
Depths, so you’ll have to backtrack to this chest after defeating the boss.
Mibu Village

Speak to the Exiled Memorial Mob to buy/sell some items. Then speak with Jinzaemon Kumano near the Water
Mill Idol and defeat O'rin of the Water.
From the Water Mill Idol, jump ontop of the rooftops and head towards a dead end to find the Pine Resin Ember
upgrade material for the Flame Vent.
Defeat the Corrupted Monk and loot the Shelter Stone from behind his boss area.
If you want to do certain Endings, you should now go back to Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo and obtain Holy
Chapter: Infested. You can also use this time to dive at several locations for loot. Do this before returning to
Ashina Castle.

The Tree At The Center Of Mibu Village

Don't feel too bad about destroying the villagers of Mibu Village. They are inadvertently concealing Gourd Seeds
from you. Follow the river upstream from the Mibu Village Shrine. You should find a path that leads you to a
fenced-off area with a tree at the center.

There are plenty of items by the tree, including a Gourd Seed. However, there are also plenty of villagers who are
fool enough to take on Wolf in combat around there too. This area is set out pretty neatly before players and
makes for an engaging find.

Downstream Of The Memorial Mob

This area can be easily passed over by players not plagued with curiosity. The Memorial Mob merchant by the
Mibu Village Shrine is selling items, including Treasure Carp Scales. But why buy your scales when you can just
take them from hidden areas?

Find a river near the Memorial Mob. Follow it downstream and you'll find a nifty little area. This area is
unfortunately guarded by a purple enemy. If you defeat him, you can pick up a Treasure Carp Scale behind him
and know you've earned it.

Ashina Castle

Port in the Abandoned Dungeon Idol in Ashina Castle and make your way up to the top of Ashina Castle once
more. Drop down from the room just after Upper Antechamber Idol to defeat another Chained Ogre and then
Homeward Idol back. Defeat the Lone Shadow Vilehand where the Ashina Elite enemy used to be. Then make
your way to the roof where you first fought Genichiro Ashina.
Here you'll need to decide what Ending you wish to go for. If you betray Kuro you will only get the Shura Ending,
and you will face Emma and Isshin Ashina, then the game will end. If you remain loyal to Kuro you can do any of
the other 3 endings and you will face the Great Shinobi Owl. Speak with Kuro to create the Incense, and eavesdrop
on him here a few times if you wish to go for the Purification Ending.

Hirata Estate (Revisited)

After defeating Great Shinobi Owl the first time, speak with Kuro and then eavesdrop on him several times, resting
in between each. Then speak to Emma and find out about Purification. Follow her storyline and she will eventually
give you the Father's Bell Charm. Use this to port to Hirata Estate a second time in a different version of this
memory. Defeat Lone Shadow Masanaga the Spear-bearer and Juzou the Drunkard before facing Owl (Father).
This will give you the Aromatic Branch, needed for the Purification Ending.

Fountainhead Palace

Immediately upon arriving you'll need to face the (True) Corrupted Monk once again - defeating her rewards you
with a memory to consume and a Dragon's Tally Board.
From the Noble Courtyard of the Flooded Palace, you'll find a long hallway where you'll find a glowing item from
the distance and a hole in the ground that will allow you to dive. Emerge in a room to find loot and a chest
containing a Water of the Palace. Head back to Mibu Village and provide the item to the drinking NPC to receive
a Dragonspring Sake.
Then make your way through the Fountainhead Palace and defeat Sakura, Bull of the Palace to obtain a Prayer
Bead and the A Beast's Karma skill. You can defeat the Headless under the water here and the Shichimen Warrior
here for some loot if you want.
Speak to the Old Woman on the roof of a sunken building to learn more about the Great Carp - diving underwater
will allow you to loot more items and a treasure chest with a Prayer Bead.
Find the merchant Pot Noble Koremori to listen to his secret and to obtain a Truly Precious Bait.
Feed the Great Carp Precious Bait and Truly Precious Bait will kill it, giving you a trophy. Then defeat the Divine
Dragon.

Ashina Outskirts (optional)

Upon returning from the Fountainhead Palace you can defeat Ashina Elite Ujinari Mizuo below where Lord Isshin
was staying. Then make your way from the Old Grave Idol across the bridge to Ashina Outskirts. Face Shigekichi
of the Red Guard and proceed to the Demon of Hatred.

Giant Carp Skeleton By Fountainhead Palace

A good rule of gaming to follow is that if a piece of the environment looks interesting and eye-catching, it might
be worth your while to explore it. A good example of this is the giant carp skeleton located underwater by the
Fountainhead Palace.

Casual players might glance at this landmark and think nothing of it. But you can approach it, explore it, and maybe
find yourself some Treasure Carp Scales in the bargain. Only From Software can make a game where exploring a
big fish skeleton seems natural.

Fountainhead Palace Gourd Seeds

 Fountainhead Palace Grounds Gourd Seed location. Inside the building past the Palace Grounds
Sculptor’s Idol, you’ll find the final Gourd Seed.

 Palace Grounds. All the way through the Fountainhead Palace, past all the Nobles and the Giant Carp,
you’ll reach the Fountainhead Palace > Palace Grounds Sculptor’s Idol. Just past that idol is a building
with some more (less healthy) Nobles inside. In the hallway after the first room, you’ll find a chest with
the final Gourd Seed inside.

Prayer Bead #37: Great Sakura

Collected in the open world. After defeating the lightning-throwing Okami Leader Shizu miniboss you can safely
jump in the big lake. There you can find an underwater chest on the right side of the lake, close to Mibu Manor.
It contains a Prayer Bead.

Ashina Reservoir

Upon returning from the Fountainhead Palace make for Ashina Reservoir and defeat Seven Ashina Spears - Shume
Masaji Oniwa and run to the place in Ashina Reservoir where you first fought Genichiro in the tutorial in order to
fight the final boss, defeating Isshin, the Sword Saint will reward you with a Memory and the Dragon Flash Combat
Arts Skill.

The Flames Of Hatred

Ashina Outskirts: After returning from the divine realm and having defeated the Divine Dragon, make your back
way to the portion of Ashina Outskirts where you faced General Naomori Kawarada. Once there, interact with
the Sculptor's Idol surrounded by flames to be transported to the boss arena: Flames of Hatred, an enclosed
battlefield where the boss Gyoubu Oniwa was originally fought.

If you want to find and fight him, you must side with Lord Kuro instead of Owl. Once that choice is made, interact
with a Sculptor's Idol in the Ashina Outskirts (the one next to the gate on fire) and you will be transported to the
Flames of Hatred.

madre, has ido demasiado lejos…
