    ABSTRACT
    Construction project management is an act of planning,organizing and over seeing a various tasks in
    constructionproject at a time. This project involves in construction of apartments within three years.
    Project excluding of work not only involes in completing the project according to the building plan but
    also getting in on time.

    These are various stages are involved in project includes project proposal ,the project development,
    planning for aconstruction, tender action, execution of project and hand over to the client.

    Among all the above stages project execution is the most important stage which is includes excavation,
    laying foundation, reinforcement alignment, concrete manufacturing, laying of bricks, flooring,
    plastering, painting etc...And it involves in various tasks like appointing of labour and employees,
    imporing of required material in require quantities etc... Proper execution of all above stages is very
    important for the successful completion of project.
