    The acceptance of the Offer hereof is subject to the following terms and conditions:

     Prices subject to change without prior notice.


     Above quotation INCLUDES installation unless otherwise stated.
     Sizes subject to final verification at jobsite.
     Any alteration, substitution, amendment, modification, addition or changes in the original
    specifications, sizes and/or nature of job as previously agreed upon, shall be at the expense of the
    buyer and will be charged separately.
     General Site Facilities such as, but not limited to Scaffoldings, Electric Power & Water, Hoisting,
    Staging Area, Lodging Area (for out-of-town projects) to be provided at jobsite without charge.
     The buyer shall automatically forfeit his/her deposit, payment or payments in the event that the
    buyer fails or is unable to proceed or further continue with the order. JTGKM shall be entitled to
    recover damages and other expenses incurred thereby.

     Acceptance of deliveries is understood to have been inspected by the buyer, thereupon


    JTGKM’s liability ceases. Buyer of his representative shall provide for the safekeeping and
    preservation of the materials during off hours of the installation period. Partial deliveries shall
    be allowed unless otherwise specified, and buyer agrees to pay in full upon demand, the
    payment of the contract price of such partial deliveries.
     Buyer agrees to return to seller, goods delivered if not paid as stipulated and authorizes
    JTGKM to remove same, in which case buyer aggress to pay expenses and damages
    incurred by JTGKM.
     This offer is based on continuous performance in the field. Field work will not begin until
    adjoining work at the jobsite has reached a point where continuous performance is practical for
    our installation crew.
     If the buyer or its representative fails or is unable to make deposit or any payment, JTGKM
    may defer or decline delivery and/or installation until receipt of payment in accordance with the
    terms agreed upon plus damage/s incurred therein.
     JTGKM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND THE WORKS IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT
    MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM DATE OF BILLING.
     Interest of 1% per month shall be charged on all overdue accounts. In case of lawsuit, an
    additional sum equal to 25% of the amount unpaid, for attorney’s fees and cost of collection,
    will be charged.

    IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT, UPON BUYER’S ACCEPTANCE, THIS QUOTATION SHALL


    CONSTITUTE AN ORDER CONTRACT.
