******************

PCSTE/SWR has advised to carry out the drive over SWR for identifying the points with
opening beyond the threshold and its insulation condition.

Drive is being carried out by field SSEs and daily position is being sent through WhatsApp.
You were told to list out the points with deficiencies from position sent. So that rectification of
the deficiencies could be monitored and same could also be chased with Engg department.
But, even after one month and repeated reminders you refused to budge.

On dated 24/09/19 when enquired about your whereabouts in office you were not available in
the office also. You were reached through your mobile and found to be roaming outside during
office hours. When you were reminded of the work assigned to you and its progress was asked,
you plainly refused to do it and told me to do whatever I could against you. This attitude of
yours is unwarranted and is an act of grave indiscipline.

You are hereby advised to improve yourself & do your duty properly and complete the work
assigned to you at the earliest.
