    MOTION TO RESET

    Plaintiff, by and through the undersigned counsel and unto this


    Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

    1. The above entitled case is set for hearing on June 19, 2019 at
    8:30 o’clock in the morning.

    2. Unfortunately, the counsel-on-record will not be available


    on the said date and time because he has a scheduled travel abroad
    from June 17 to 22, 2019 in South Korea to attend the __________
    (Jaycees);
    3. With the foregoing predicament and in the interest of justice,
    the accused, through counsel, is therefore constrained to ask for the
    resetting of the hearing of this case preferably on __________at 1:00
    o’clock in the afternoon.

    4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this


    case but only for the reasons above-cited.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


    prayed to this Honorable Court that the hearing scheduled on
    __________ at 8:30 o’clock in the morning be reset to another date
    preferably on __________at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
    Other relief as are just and equitable under the foregoing
    premises are likewise prayed for.
