Complexes (High Rise Buildings, Shopping Mall, Townships, Villas
and Apartments Projects), Civil Infrastructure, Hospital Projects

Project Management – Buildings

 Coordinating in Developing Master plans considering design/facilities requirements,


movement patterns and their segregation, rational space allocation, utilities planning.
 Implementing architectural projects including analyzing user’s requirements and evolving
work plan taking into consideration the technical, aesthetical and functional requirements.
 Provide design ideas for infrastructure roads. Creating designs for various projects in
compliance with development regulations as per local regulatory authorities.
 Overseeing preparation of project proposals, design basis and standardization guidelines.
 Coordinating with Client/Project Management and Construction team and providing
technical inputs as detailed in construction related documents.

Structural Engineering Designing

 Review the structural calculations submitted by Design Consultants.


 Familiar with International codes and engineering practices IBC, ACI, BS, AISC.
 Structure engineering design and review of steel and concrete structures, post
tension, pre-cast elements.
 Coordination in creating designs and interpreting IFC drawings on worksites.
 Ensuring compliance of drawings as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
 Checking compliance of drawings with manufacturer/supplier’s specification and
instructions.
 Designing and planning the layout, content of drawings and making detailed drawings of
building structures.
 Interacting with clients to ascertain needs and develop design directions, concepts and
specifications for assigned projects.
 Working with contractors at early stages of designing and provide technical inputs for
necessary changes to designs or drawings.

Quality Assurance

 Adapting and implementing a stage-by-stage Quality Management System (QMS) to


ensure adherence to technical specifications and reference to quality standards.
 Preparing quality plan for mix design of concrete, trial mix and other architectural testing
activities.
 Reviewing operational practices, identifying areas of obstruction/quality failures and
advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement.
 Inspecting and testing all incoming materials such as coarse aggregate/fine aggregate,
cement, reinforcement steel, block work, curtain wall, flooring, cladding etc.

Relationship Management

 Discussing the design ideas and providing advice to clients, analysing clients' requirements
for planning and designing buildings with infrastructure and landscaping.
 Articulating the opportunity by making detailed presentations to the decision makers in the
account, using the latest cutting edge technologies.
 Developing effective understanding and relations and coordination of design services and
specifications.
 Interacting with client to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts and
specifications for assigned projects.

Budget Management

 Ensure that the project funding incorporates approved budget. Application of cost saving
measures and adjusting the saved cost to balance expenditure that would be accounted for
additional items and furthermore to justify client’s spending.

v. Responsible for Quality Management from HDP. Prepare and Update HDP PQP.
vi. Review the PQP from the contractor, Method Statements and all the quality procedures on
