    QUALIFICATIONS

     A MEZ employee and hired on or before


    January 16, 2015
     A representative from a company who is
    registered in any of the MEPZ HRA Sports event
    2016
     Not a past awardee, a runner up nor has
    received a special award in the previously
    organized Mr. and Ms HRA. Sportsfest.
     Single civil status and has portrayed a good
    Mr. and Ms. Sportfest 2015 image or ideal MEPZ Employee

    REQUIREMENTS
     75% of the scheduled rehearsals and
    activities including Meet and Greet.
     Submit candidate profile on the first day of
    rehearsal
     Observe the given basic rules on courtesy
    and observance of security and safety rules of
    the rehearsal / activity venue.
    Cooperates and respects the authority of
    the organizer

    Mr. and Ms. Sportfest 2015 together with


    MECHANICS / GUIDELINES
    the other candidates
     The candidates are required to join the parade / caravan. A 5 points deduction shall be
    made for those who miss to participate.
     The rating of Mr. and Ms. Sporstfest is based on individual performance
    Top 3 candidates shall be selected. One pair will be awarded as Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest and
    the rest will be declared as runners up.
     Candidates are required to prepare the following attire:
    Parade : Team Sports Uniform
    Production number: Summer Attire
    Demonstration of chosen sports : Sports Attire
    Awarding : Team Sports Uniform
    JUDGING CRITERIA

    Criteria for Mr. and Ms. Photogenic


    Beauty 40%
    Projection 40%  Official photographers shall pre-select
    Attire 20% pictures of the winning candidates

     Pictures shall be taken by the official
    Total 100%
    photographers only.
     Candidates shall wear the required outfit
    SPECIAL AWARDS: during the photo shoot
     Candidates pictures shall be posted in all MEZ
    1.Mr. and Ms. Photogenic designated areas and in MEPZ HRA Facebook.
    2.Best in Sports Attire (Mr. and Ms.)
    3.Mr. and Ms. Congeniality Criteria for Best in Sports Attire

     Appropriateness of the attire to the chosen

     Projection and right demonstration of the
    chosen sports
