    AFFIDAVIT
    I, Mr. Yasin L. Kapadia, Age : 40 years, Indian Inhabitant, residing at – Sahara
    Apt. G/02, Talao Pali Road, Behind Noor Baug Hall, Kausa, Mumbra, Dist.Thane :
    400612, do hereby state on solemn affirmation as under:-

    1) I say that I am practicing as an advocate at Thane District and Sessions


    Court since last four years bearing enrollment No. MAH/6479/2018.

    2) I say that, person/s named ‘Unes Petric Lawrance” was arrested by


    Thane Nagar Police Station with respect to C.R.No.I 81 of 2019, U/s –
    370(2)(3), 34 Of IPC R/w U/s 4,5 of PITA Act.

    3) That Bail application was filed before Hon’ble Shree. Patwardhan


    Saheb bearing Cr. Bail Application No.1052/2019.

    4) That the bail application for both of the accused has been rejected by
    the Hon’ble Court, the Sister of the accused (Miss Anni Petric
    Lawrance) had approached and requested me to get certified copies of
    the Rejected Bail Order copy, Exh – 1 Copy, Remand Copy and FIR
    Copy for further proceedings and for record.

    5) Hence I want certified copy of Rejected Bail Order copy, Exh – 1


    Copy, Remand Copy and FIR Copy and I have made an application
    thereto and present affidavit I am executing for the support of the same
    as I am the third party in the present matter.

    Whatever stated hereinabove is true and correct to the best of my


    knowledge, belief and information.
