M r,Pitchikala Venkateswara Rao- Leading the Amrutha Constructions Pvt. Ltd., as Chairman and Managing
Director of the Company. He has handcrafted the company since 1988. In the beginning as a contractor, he
has started executing routine normal maintenance and repairs works in Karnataka Public Works and Minor
Irrigation Departments in Government of Karnataka. With his great struggle, Perservence, Confidence, Competence,
Commitment, Hard work, Integrity, Qualitative and timely completion of works, Humble approach at all levels, inspiring
leadership, Diligence accomplishing wonders for nearly three decades, he has overcome all the hurdles and has built
this construction company by establishing the broader business and partnership with the well wishers. His inspiring
vision to the tangible achievement has made positive dierence to millions of people. His possessiveness had soon
taken over him to confidently handle bigger projects with clients like KNNL, KBJNL, CNNL, KIADB, KSCC, MID, KRDCL,
BDA, BBMP, KPWD, NH, Irrigation projects in TRS, etc., and has enabled him to achieve new identity, which
encompasses all that he does today and aspires to do in future and is committed for a brighter World and all the stake
holders of the company.

Mr. P Venkateswara Rao's ascendancy to the Pedestal of this respected Company is a saga of tenacity of human spirit,
having set out from a small village called Rangapur camp in the heart of Sindhanur taluk, Raichur district, Karnataka
state from an agriculturist family three decades ago. He left no stone unturned in scaling peak after peak of
Entrepreneurship and he moulded himself into a contractor, a Builder and triumphed in every role up to the Managing
Director of this Company in less than three decades of founding the Company. He Spread, headed Amrutha
Constructions Pvt. Ltd. towards highest echelons of achievement.

He is playing key role in the continued development of strategies and demand fulfillment, ensuring flexibility in
response to an increasingly demanding marketplace. Taking company further to diversified business ventures, ACPL
has ventured into solar power generation along with construction. Under the leadership of Mr. P Venkateswara Rao,
ACPL has drastically scaled up its infrastructure and diversified its oerings while managing a strong culture of
innovation. Foraying into the cement, steel businesses, Hydro Power Projects in collaboration with Bose Infra Energy
India Pvt. Ltd., where Founder also holds equity.

Verma (former governor & chief justice) and Major (Retd.) Ved Prakash
on the occasion of National Seminar on "National Economic Growth &
World Peace" conducted in New Delhi.

Amrutha Constructions Private Limited. He also plays a pivotal
role in project management and completion of the projects as per
schedule which renders consistent support to the organization.

Working since inception of the company. Experienced in the


matters of Tendering, Accounts and finance right from the
beginning. Handles e-procurement tasks eectively.

(Director)
Experienced civil Engineer. Handling diversified natured projects
systematically. Guides the Engineering team for execution of
work with quality and within the time schedule. Bridges the gap
between the execution team and the customers.

Mr.Lakshmikantha R, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a

has over a decade of experience in handling diversified finance
functions, including inter alia, accounts and audit, taxation &
project finance of the Company. He imparts an excellent
management to the varied financial situations at Amrutha
Constructions Private Limited.

(G.M Engineering)

Mr. S.G.Deshpande, has more than 20 years of experience in


handling LIS & related Projects for reputed organizations. Having
done his Electrical Engineering, the value addition he provides
both to the company and to clients are unmatched. At Amrutha
Constructions Private Limited, he handles the LIS, Engineering &
related domains.

The Company is deeply enriched by the invaluable experience
and contributions from Mr. Radha Krishna Reddy. With around 38
years of experience with leading engineering companies, he is
very instrumental in carrying out major clients like, CNNL, KNNL,
KBJNL and KIADB. At Amrutha Constructions Private Limited
currently he is heading the Project functions & Executions Team.

manual lining, RCC structures (100 Nos), etc., at dierent locations as follows:

Bijapur main canal from ch. 10.00 to 20.00 Km.


Ÿ Bijapur main canal from ch. 20.00 to 30.00 Km.
Ÿ Basavana Bagewadi branch canal from ch. 10.00 to 20.00 Km.

These canal works involved total earth excavation to an extent of 58 Lakh Cum, including heavy deep cuts in hard
rock. Total cost of the work is Rs. 224.21 crores.

One of it's kind & first BESCOM Distribution & Automation System Building in India

ACPL. have executed the work of Construction of BESCOM Integrated Control Centre-1 (BICC-1) in HSR lay out
Bangalore on turnkey basis within the scheduled time. Scope of the project: Involve Electrical works including DG
transformer, PHE works, Water Supply, drainage, Water treatment plant, Rain water harvesting, Water storage etc., Fire
protection, Net working & data cabling, CC TV, Access Control, External works such as Parking area, roads storm water
drain, Compound, Security Cabin, Landscaping etc.

National Highway Raichur
Improvements to 4 laning of NH-167 passing through Raichur city limits from Km 156.600 to Km
162.890: Hagari-Jadcherla section in Karnataka state.

Scope of Work:

Strengthening of existing flexible pavement in the reach from Km 156.600 to Km 158.440, and
from Km 161.120 to Km 162.890 with DBM-60.mm, BC-40 mm for the varying carriageway width
from 19.90 Mtrs. To 27.90 Mtrs. ; Construction of rigid pavement from Km 158.440 to Km 161.120
with GSB-200 mm, DLC-150 mm, and PQC-300 mm for uniform carriageway width of 7.00 Mtrs
on either sides. In the rigid pavement reach-Construction of Double utility duct for Water supply
and sewer lines on either sides of the road. Contract amount Rs 46.93 crores. Work is in advance
stage of progress.
