II/. Contract Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Terms:

- Payment will be made in VND in accordance with the exchange rate of VND/USD quoted by DONGA
BANK - HCM at the time of payment.
- The contract amount will be paid by 2 stages:
+ Stage 1: Advance payment equivalent to 40% contract amount will be paid right after signing the
contract.
+ Stage 2: The remains value (60%) of contract amount will be paid within 5 days after the goods
delivered to the Buyer’s warehouse in HCMC.
2. Delivery terms:
- Time of delivery: Within 16 Weeks commencing from the date of receiving the advance payment of
the contract.
- Place of delivery: The goods will be delivered to Peninsula Project, district 2 HCMC.
3. Guarantee policy: The goods will be guaranteed within 12 months from the date of delivery in
accordance with EBARA Guarantee Policy.
Further more the Seller will put his dedication to support the Buyer in technical advice, services and
spare parts for maintenances after guarantee period.
4. Validity: This quotation is valid until May 25, 2009.
