    MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING HELD ON MARCH 19, 2011 AT THE BACK OF THE
    CONVENT OF ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA PARISH, POBLACION, SIBULAN, ORIENTAL NEGROS.

    The meeting started officially at 5:30 o’clock in the evening with a prayer led by Bro Victor Divinagracia..

    And the reading of the previous minutes was dispensed with, considering that the secretary is not around
    who informed the president that he is in the hospital.

    It was unanimously agreed and approved by the body that the following Lay Ministers have their own
    respective duties and obligations on Good Friday, April 22, 2011 at 4:30 o’clock in the morning, to wit:

    A. Lay Ministers that will carry the cross during THE WAY OF THE CROSS, from the First Station to
    the Fourteenth station, are the following:

    1st JOE AMISTOSO 2nd LEOPOLDO JUCOM 3rd ROLAND CORNELIA


    4th ANTONIO LAYUGUE 5th ROQUE CUTARAN, JR. 6th ANDRO VENDIOLA
    7th TORTELIANO EUMAGUE 8th LUIS MAGALSO 9TH RUFINO FULMAAN, SR.
    10th CIRILO SARING 11th RONALD CORNELIA 12th SAMMY ARMENTANO
    13th TIRSO BANQUERIGO 14th MELDIO DECIAR

    B. LAY Ministers that will read the PRAYERS in the First Station up to the Fourteenth Station are the
    following:

    It was also approved and agreed by the body that after Holy week the Lay Ministers of San Jose Parish
    will conduct a demonstration on how to celebrate the ‘KASAULOGAN SA PULONG” to be later held in the
    barangays that have only one MASS in a month. This demonstration will be held on APRIL 16, 2011 at
    5:00Pm at CWL, St. Anthony of Padua Parish Compound, Sibulan, Negros Oriental . It was also agreed
    that in the same occasion we will have our FELLOWSHIP. For the dinner each member should contribute the
    amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS Php150.00) for Catering from NECY’s Catering service.

    As solicited by Fr. EDwin Acab, the following Lay Ministers will read the SIETE PALABRAS in San
    Antonio Chapel on Good Friday, April 22, 2011 at 3:00P.M. namely: 1.Torteliano Eumague 2. Roberto
    Remolano 3. Renerio Colina 4. Joe amistoso 5. Saturnino Miro 6. Dionhisio villalon 7. Roland Cornelia.

    Finally, a Pilgrimage to Siquijor was also agreed and the LAY Ministers will meet at Dumaguete Pier on
    March 25, 2011 at 2:00 oclock in the afternoon for the 4:30 o’clock trip to Siquijor. And upon Motion by Bro.
    Roberto Remolano, duly seconded BY everybody present, the meeting was adjourned at 630 o’clock in the
    evening.
