    Dear Ma’am;

    As an officer officer of FEDERATION OF LAPU LAPU URBAN POOR ASSOCIATION you


    are obliged to attend our REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING. However, you have been
    absent for three (3) consecutive REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING.

    I refer to your current absence from our REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING which began
    on August until October 2019.

    In line with this, I would like to invite you on our REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING this
    coming November 28, 2019 at around 10:00 o’clock in the morning at FED LUPA
    CONFERENCE ROOM. The aim of this meeting is to:

    1. Discuss the likely duration of your absence


    2. Give you an opportunity to raise any difficulties or concerns and
    explanations regarding for your absences

    Please respond to this letter upon you received this. Could you please inform
    me if ever you cannot attend our monthly meeting this coming November 28,
    2019. I can be reached at (09425526429.) and I will greatly appreciate your
    cooperation in this matter.
