185th Commencement Exercises
Graduation Rehearsal / Claiming of E-tickets (The Forum, Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City)
RVRCOB, COL, CCS
13:00 – 14:00 (Registration) / 14:00 – 16:30 (Rehearsal)
Graduation Rehearsal attendance is a must for those participating in the Commencement Exercises at the PICC.
The Graduation Invitation Program and E-tickets will be distributed after the Graduation Rehearsal.
Each graduate is entitled to three (3) E-tickets for 3 guests. Lost E-tickets will be charged P250.00 each.
E-tickets will not be given to the graduate due to non-attendance in the graduation rehearsal.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (preferably made of cotton and rubber shoes).
Claiming of academic attire / Recognition rites for the RVRCOB graduate studies only.
Time Venue
09:00 – 11:00 NFRG Auditorium, A1800
Student must inspect if complete and correct the set of academic attire given by the supplier.
Student must try the academic attire for fitting immediately outside the venue. Only those with wrong specification from what was indicated
in the online ATG will be replaced by the supplier.
The claiming of academic attire will start and end as scheduled. Academic attires not claimed within the schedule may be claimed
from the supplier’s office 9268 Mactan St., Guadalupe, Makati City / Tel No. 555-1894).
Students who will not follow the schedule will not be accommodated and will have to claim their toga from the supplier’s office.
Students not wearing the academic attire will not be allowed to join the Baccalaureate Mass and the Class Picture-Taking.

The school authorized Florofoto-School Pictures, Inc. to provide the exclusive photo/video coverage at PICC.

The schedule above includes those graduating from Undergraduate, Master’s and Doctoral Programs.
Student should be in his/her academic attire over semi-formal wear.
Late comers will not be allowed to join their college for the graduation picture taking.
Graduation Mass
13:00 to 14:30 (Most Blessed Sacrament Chapel, St. La Salle Hall)
Student should be in his / her academic attire over semi-formal wear.
There will be no awarding of medals during the Baccalaureate Mass.
Honorable Mention, Departmental (e.g., excellence, outstanding thesis/dissertation) and Loyalty Awards are given during the College
Recognition Rites.
Student must wear and scan his / her DLSU ID upon entry to the University. There is no need to go through the Information Desk. A list of
candidates for graduation is also provided to the Security Personnel manning the gates.

Returning of E-tickets
E-tickets must be returned on this date to ensure prompt delivery of your Diploma, Graduates who did not return their e-tickets will be
restricted to request any documents (TOR, Certifications i.e.).
Lost e-tickets will be charged Php 250.00 each.
