Guidelines For Students of Technical Department
1) Parent’s self-declaration
2) HSC marksheet / diploma provisional or actual certificate
3) COLLEGE certificate as per given format on website of mysy.
4) Admission letter :
• In case of admission taken through ACPC than you have to upload admission
slip . check example.
• If student take admission in VQ through ACPC than upload ACPC VQ ADMISSION
letter as shown below.
• Also check in college tuition fees receipt which mention tuition fees instead of college
fees or admission fees, fees, etc. Because we have to sanction only tuition fees.
• If student got any discount and scholarship then student have to upload letter given by
college in case of less fees paid. See example of it
• Some of students upload bank challan of fees which are not valid. example
7) Income certificate :
• It should be on name of his/her father and checked its validity as income certificate
is valid for 3 years after issue. If income certificate is expired than ask them for
new certificate.
• Certificate is valid if it is issued by MAMALATDAR, Dy-
MAMALATADAR, TDO, DDO only . Example :
•
• If student has present income certificate of mother or other guardian then ask him
clarification regarding father’s income. In case of death of father or separation of
mother – father (student is in mother’s custody) then and then mother’s income
certificate will be accepted. In case of separation if custody of student is given to
father than fathers income certificate must require. For above case, relative
documents must require.
• If family income is more than 2.5 lac than ITR for ay 2019-20 is required and if
income is less than 2.5 lac than self-declaration of parents must require.
• If income is more than 6 lacs (gross+other) than he/she is not eligible (except other
income is earned via insurance maturity, PF, PPF, gratuity, arrears house/land sale
as per gr of government)
• In case of revised return first to consult KCG after that verify according to that.
