Calibration
a. Calibration control
Scales/ balance sheets are controlled using weighed children that are
already installed or with two external weighing children, for example
10grams/100grams. Digital balance scales must wait 30minutes to
regulate temperature limit. The scales must avoid movement (wind) before
weighing zeros must be chacked and if necessary corrected. Heavy
stronge is recorded on the control sheet/ card. The sheets contains the
number of times the scale
c. Balance sheet
The cleanliness of the scales must be checked every day after each use.
The weighing part must be cleaned using a brush, a soft cloth and tissue.
Cleaning the scal as a whole, the scale must be turned off, then the scales
can be lifted and cleaned using soft detergent, mix water and
ethanol/alcohol. After cleaning the scale is turned on and ckecked again.
