    Analog multiplier is most important building block in communication system like


    analog signal processing system .It is VLSI based low power low voltage CMOS four quadrant analog
    multiplier.The characteristics of 0.45 micron technology will be compared with 250 micron technology
    based on voltage, power consumption and area occupied .Both technologies are analyzed and compared
    to verify the performance of proposed CMOS analog multiplier.The measured 3db bandwidth is 130 MHz
    simple structure low voltage, low power, high performance makes the proposed multiplier quite feasible
    in many applications. The CMOS analog multiplier will be simulated by “Tanner software”.
