    Circular Lifting Magnet

    JUPITER-JCM series has been designed specifically to fit the needs of scrap processing operations.
    These circular lifting magnet are intended for all purpose use, but are suitable in particular handling bulk
    material of awkward shape, such as pig iron, scrap, swarf and the like. The magnet body is cast of high-
    grade dynamo steel of high permeability and maximum toughness.

    JUPITER-JCM series magnet has a rugged ribbed case, heavy manganese steel bottom plate, welded
    construction and tough alloy steel chains for maximum durability. All elements are designed for top op-
    eration efficiency, with deadweight engineered out.

    JUPITER-JCM series magnet has standard exciter coils are wound with Aluminum conductor rated for
    ‘H’ insulation. Coils are cast into their magnet body with a special resin compound of excellent heat con-
    ductivity and thus rigidly fixed in position. If required coil can be furnished with copper conductor. Use
    of special resins loaded with fillers as sealing compound ensures reliable conduction of heat to the mag-
    net surface, maintaining high magnet performance over long and continuous service.

    JUPITER-JCM series has feature:

     Class ‘H’ insulation utilized for layer-to-layer, turn to turn, coil-to-case insulation
     Rugged cast steel case
     Alloy steel chains for greater life and maximum durability
