GRADE II
S.Y. 2019-2020

A. Pupil Development:
1. There were 23 pupils enrolled in the Grade II class, 14 boys and 9 girls.
2. The Grade Two learners participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
conducted.
3. Pupils were weighed (Baseline).
4. Diagnostic Test was administered.
5. They attended the Holy Spirit Mass conducted on the 4th Friday.
6. The Homeroom Class Officers was organized.

B. Staff Development
1. Attended the teachers and PTA General Assembly meeting.
2. Attended the School GAD Seminar.
3. Attended and participated in the conduct of LAC Session.
4. Attended school holy spirit mass.

C. Community and Allied Services


1. Participated in the BRIGADA Eskwela 2019-2020.
2. Participated in the conduct of the Barangay Clean-Up Drive.

D. Curriculum Development
1. Downloaded/prepared daily lesson log.
2. Utilized the K-12 Curriculum.
3. Followed the curriculum guide systematically.
4. Localized, contextualized and utilized learning materials in teaching.
5. Prepared different materials needed in the teaching-learning process
.
E. Physical Facilities Development
1. Structured the classroom.
2. Maintained cleanliness and orderliness in the classroom.

A. Pupil Development
1. There were 23 pupils enrolled in the Grade II class, 14 boys and 9 girls.
2. Some pupils enrolled in the Saturday Math Enhancement Program.
3. Pupils had their Oral Reading Evaluation.
4. They participated in the different activities in the celebration of the Nutrition Month.
5. Pupils undergo deworming.

B. Staff Development
1. Attended LAC Session (ELLN)
2. Attended teacher’s meeting
3. Trained learners for their presentation in the Nutrition Month Celebration.
4. Attended District Disaster Preparedness Training.
5. Attended the school Holy Spirit mass
6. Attended seminars and trainings.

C. Community and Allied Services


1. Participated in the Clean and Green Program of the government.
2. Attended the necrological services in honor of the late former SBM Dominador Cabebe.

D. Curriculum Development
1. Downloaded/prepared daily lesson log.
2. Utilized the K-12 Curriculum.
3. Followed the Curriculum Guide systematically.
4. Utilized, localized and contextualized materials.

2. They attended the school Holy Spirit Mass every 4th Friday of the month.
3. Learners participated in Simultaneous Earthquake drill.

5. They were given Vitamin A

1. Attended the Training and Workshop on Campus Journalism.
2. Participated in the conduct of District LAC Session.
3. Attended the monthly school Holy Spirit Mass
4. Participated in the District Science Quest
5. Participated in the celebration of World Teacher’s Day

1. Participated in the Barangay Clean-Up Drive.
2. Attended the necrological services rendered in honor of the late former SBM Rodolfo R.
