    REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This AGREEMENT is executed by and between:

    Jonathan B. Ho, of legal age, filipino, married and a resident of Prk. G.K. Buenavista,
    Pagadian City, hereinafter known as MORTGAGOR and:

    LOLITA S. AÑANA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Barangay Buenavista,
    Pagadian City hereinafter known as the, MORTGAGEE,

    W I T N E S S E T H:

    That the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of ONE
    HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 100,000.00) PESOS Philippine Currency receipt hereof is
    HEREBY acknowledge and payable within the period of FIVE (5) YEARS,

    That for a consideration of the said indebtedness, the MORTGAGOR does hereby
    convey and deliver by way of MORTGAGEE and the letter’s heir’s and assigns the following
    stall and more particularly described as follows;

    A parcel of a portion of land known as Lot No.3-H covered by Original Certificate of Title
    No. T-30,194 containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX
    (3,636) square meters (Coco Land Plain) situated at Barangay Pantad Dumalinao,
    Zamboanga del Sur;

    That the conditions of this REAL STATE MORTGAGE are such that if the mortgagor shall
    well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the mortgagee the aforesaid sum this mortgage
    shall be of no further force and effect; OTHERWISE, the same shall remain in full force and
    effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided by law.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 6th day of
    November 2019 at Pagadian City, Philippines.
