Temeile

Temeile is a typical food of the Andean region that is prepared with rice, chicken,
pork and grains that are wrapped in banana leaves

Rib broth

The rib broth as the name implies is made with ribs, boiled ribs. It is made with
sliced potatoes, onion, garlic and to make it taste good, you can not miss the
pieces of cilanro

Ajiaco

The ajiaco is one of the typical dishes of the Andean region. This dish has chicken
and unmade potatoes to give the dish a creamy texture. It also has capers, cream,
avocado and chili pepper.

The paisa tray

This is one of the typical dishes of the Andean region that does not stand out for
having a special protagonist ingredients, it is a dish that is characterized by

The Coffee Triangle or Route

El Cocuy National Natural Park

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
