    Good morning, today we will talk about the Andean region.

    Temeile

    Temeile is a typical food of the Andean region that is prepared with rice, chicken,
    pork and grains that are wrapped in banana leaves

    Rib broth

    The rib broth as the name implies is made with ribs, boiled ribs. It is made with
    sliced potatoes, onion, garlic and to make it taste good, you can not miss the
    pieces of cilanro

    Ajiaco

    The ajiaco is one of the typical dishes of the Andean region. This dish has chicken
    and unmade potatoes to give the dish a creamy texture. It also has capers, cream,
    avocado and chili pepper.

    The paisa tray

    This is one of the typical dishes of the Andean region that does not stand out for
    having a special protagonist ingredients, it is a dish that is characterized by
    abundance. The paisa tray has many different foods and a lot of it

    Drinks

    The masato. The masato is a beverage made from cassava, rice, corn or pineapple.

    The chicha. The name covers all alcoholic beverages based on cereals and corn.
    The Coffee Triangle or Route

    To do this tour you must cross Caldas Quindío and Risaralda in the center of
    Colombia. This is one of the most sought after routes in gastronomic tourism due to
    the international prestige that Colombian coffee has.

    El Cocuy National Natural Park

    This park is home to the sixth highest peak in the Cordillera de los Andes, the
    Ritacuba Blanco. It is located between the departments of Arauca and Boyacá and
    can be accessed through three routes departing from Cocuy, Guican or Tame.

    The lost City

    Its real name is the Teyuna Archaeological Park. It is an indigenous town that dates
    from the eighth or perhaps ninth centuries. In it you can see traditional buildings,
    stone paths, and the areas that housed the ceremonial centers.

    Natural Park of Los Nevados

    It is accessed from the departments of Caldas, Quindío, Tolima and Risalda. It is


    ideal for those who wish to be in contact with snow and nature and in turn can
    observe some typical animals of the area such as condors.

    The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta

    It attracts many foreign tourists, because in this mountain range there are the two
    highest peaks in Colombia, but also the highest located in front of the sea in the
    world.
