    About Us
    Retaining our industrial roots, our space is designed to stay true to our ethos, as well as the
    people who visit us. It’s also a generous one, with enviable room and high ceiling that is ideal
    for functions and private events. Our unique and intricate interior serves to lend an edge to any
    occasion.
    Minimum Spending Required

    Seating Capacity
    Minimum capacity for exclusive event booking is 50 pax.
    For buffet events, maximum capacity is 80 pax. For all other events maximum capacity is 100 pax.

    Area of Use
    Entire indoor café section (air-conditioned), not including kitchen and bar counter.

    Table Setting
    As per café table setting with only minor shifting allowed. Please refer to figure below.

    External Catering
    External catering is strictly not allowed. For corkage charges, please refer to our Drinks Menu.

    Facilities
    We do provide complimentary wifi and in-house sound system (including speakers and a
    microphone).

    Decorations
    Customers are allowed to bring in their own decorations as long as Wheeler’s Yard is informed
    prior and no damage is caused to the premises. Wheeler’s Yard is not responsible for lost items or
    items left behind.

    Deposit & Payment


    Upon signing of quotation, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking of the event. Any
    changes made after the signing of quotation would be charged accordingly. Please be aware
    that space is held tentatively until a deposit is received. Remaining balance should be paid 3
    business days before the event takes place. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX cards are accepted.
    No refund will be made for any cancellation 7 days prior to the event date. The management
    reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    Important Notes
    1) Due to government regulations, following are rules that have to be strictly adhered to:
    • NO heavy set-up (e.g. overnight set-up or stage construction)
    • NO loud live performances (e.g. live band)
    • NO serving and consumption of food outside v designated area
    • NO events are to end later than 10.30pm (including pack-up)
    2) Any damage caused to the building inside or outside, equipment borrowed, or to our
    general facilities will result in an assessment of damages and will be charged accordingly.
    Parking Space
    There’s limited parking lots within the compound, but here’s a list of alternative parking options that
    are just a stone’s throw away:
    • Skywaves Building at 30 Lorong Ampas (right before Wheeler’s Yard)
    *Available during weekends and weekdays after 6pm only.
    • Public parallel parking lots (along Jalan Ampas & Lorong Ampas)
    • Balestier Warehouse (managed by Wilson parking)
    • HDB parking (enter from Jalan Rajah)

    Corkage
    Corkage is charged at $30++ per 750ml bottle of alcohol with a maximum of 10
