Upon removing the old seals, silicone glue was found plugging the drain holes, which prevented gear oil from returning to the gear case. The rig is now working properly after replacing the seals.

    Since while start drilling on this well we notice that increase leaks of gear oil from upper seal
    Yesterday we got proper opportunity due BOP job and replace these seals, now working good
    Remark: As soon removed the seals I found silicone glue plugged all drain holes, whish not
    allowed gear oil to return into gear-case, please refer to attachments below.
