chats, conference calls, SMS, VOIP (Voice over internet protocol) and SMS features.
Pros:
Google Hangout supports internal and external chats. It is completely a free system. It carries a
user-friendly interface. I feel comfortable while using google hangouts as it's trustworthy and the
security is backed by Gmail account, so forth two-factor authentications can create strong security
measures to ensure privacy concerns. Rarely, it happens that user experiences lag in audio or video
calls. It has the ability of multiple and single join calls.
Cons:
The communication between teachers and students become complicated sometimes when the
teacher shares the screen, the students then stop seeing teachers on screens. Google Hangouts has
a complicated procedure of adding another person on call by phone if required. Attached Google
Drive is needed to email documents available in the drive.
Overall:
I have been using Google Hangouts, and it is really intuitive and easy to use. It brings people closer
who work together. I have a google voice number along google hangouts, that makes me able to
make and receive phone calls. From the U.S. and Canada, calls are free of cost. It is part of G Suit
by Google, and pricing range for G Suit is between 5$ to 25$ per month. It falls in the category of
VoIP.

Pros:
It enables customer account management in various ways. It serves SME (Small and medium

are lying in a sales cycle, history of contract, deal size and competitors profiles. The pricing plan
of Zoho CRM is cheap in comparison to other CRM software. It integrates easily with the
applications of Google. For example, Google Docs, Tasks, Calendar, Contracts and Emails.
Cons:
Although Zoho CRM carries a bundle of features, sometimes bugs occur, those are critical to
solving after using a few patches. It is difficult to add data to the client page. Without notifying
the user, the system of Zoho CRM gets updated. It is difficult to configure automated workflows.
Mobile devices and support are difficult to manage and use. Zoho CRM has applied limitations on
custom field numbers, which is really a drastic blunder. It lacks integration with the email system.
Overall:
Zoho CRM offers pipeline management. I loved it's tracking activity and revenue setting goal
features. Zoho CRM needs time to be set correctly. Zoho CRM has lifecycle leads, reminders,
meetings, it leads generations towards the future and follows up with leads. It was delightful to
have salesforce automation, inventory management, website integration, customer services, and
leads assignment. It can help you to engage customers on different platforms, track sales, and

and spreadsheets in the cloud.
Pros:
Google Drive carries has 15 GB capacity by default. Google Drive is consist of Google Docs,
Google Presentation, and Google Sheets. As long as the user has an internet connection, the user
can access or share the stored files just by accessing the Google Drive account. It is easy to use
and manage. As Google Drive has Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Presentations so, files can also
be created on Drive. It is secured and attached with a Gmail account. So forth, two-factor
authentication can be ensured by the user.
Cons:
Files cannot be accessed by the user, without having internet access. Weak account passwords can
lead the user to be the victim of hackers. It takes time for uploading files. It requires a password
for protection of files. Some of the programs in Google Drive has limited features.
Overall:
Google Drive was launched in 2012 on April 24. It allows data storage on servers, later share those
files and synchronize files across devices by the user. Online storage services provided by Google
Drive had made it easy to access stored files anywhere and anytime. Google Drive allows
collaboration on projects and documents. It is affordable and streamlines the tasks. It has ample
storage.
Pros:
It has been used by a large number of IT department all across multiple websites. It is wonderful
and easy to use. It also offers full data encryption to ensure data theft prevention from lost and
stolen devices. It is supportable to Windows, Mac and Linux OS (operating system). Its
administration and development are easy and fast.
Cons:
For business, McAfee Security is not the best antivirus software, it may be best for SME's but not
for large organizations. It needs a lot of memory and CPU utilization. It requires a monthly and
annual subscription to enable all features of the software. Signature updates of McAfee Endless
Security are not done automatically.
Overall:
I found that McAfee Endless Security deals with the malware intrusion, data theft, integrity of data
and protection against intrusion. McAfee Endpoint Security replaces technologies like VirusScan
Enterprise which carries advance defenses, such as behavioral monitoring and protection of the
device. It is very easy to manage. McAfee Endless Security does not bogs downs server or the
devices. But this software is intrusive and aggressive. If the user wants to remove this software, it
is difficult to remove. It pricing range is high so enable all features, so I would not personally use
or recommend this antivirus on my devices, because while removing bugs sometimes it deletes
other program files that are needed by other applications.
