    Respected Ma’am Taglos,

    I am writing you this letter to bring it your kind attention that there has been a
    correction in Judelyn Gabato’s final grade in the course ENG 13- Teaching of
    Listening and Reading. She was initially registered as failed. However, after several
    attempts of communicating with her, it was finally confirmed that she have complied the
    requirements. Her corrected final grade is 91 which is equivalent to 1.9.

    May you consider this change for I, as the instructor, have also overlooked some
    circumstances that led to this issue. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
