The applicable fee

For applications made on this form as a Tier 2 migrant there is a fee of £430.50.

How you can pay

The only accepted means of payment is through WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER.

Please note that your application is invalid if you do not pay the specified fee in full or if you
pay by any method other than those specified above. You will be required to make a fresh
application, and any delay in doing so may affect your appeal rights if your application is
subsequently refused.

Cheques, Money Orders, Credit Cards & Bank-to Bank Transfers (NOT ACCEPTABLE)

We do not accept the aboved means of payment, due to fraudulent transfer activities and fake written
cheques which we have received in the past few years, whereby making use of a unknown hacked bank
account and credit card information(s) for the use of this transfers and written cheques.

In accordance with regulations 3 and 4 of the Immigration (Biometric Registration)


(Amendment ) Regulations 2009, anyone applying for an extension of stay in the UK in the
categories for which this application form is specified must also apply for a biometric
immigration document, otherwise known as a Biometric Residence Permit. This also applies
to applications made at the same time by any dependants of the main applicant.

For the application to be valid and complete, you must provide your original current passport or
travel document unless it is not available for one of the reasons specified on the application
form. If you also have a current grant of leave on a BRP you must also provide your BRP for the
application to be valid and complete. You should also provide all previous passports and/or
travel documents that have been used to travel to and remain in the United Kingdom.

declaration. It must be authorised by the applicant and not by a representative or other person

As required to do so by the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations, I confirm that I also apply for a biometric immigration
document for myself and any dependants applying with me. I understand that UK Border Agency may make enquiries about any
responsible adult nominated to be present when any child under the age of 16 has their fingerprints and/or photograph taken.

conducting pre-issue and post-issue checks on compliance with points based system applications.

I understand that if I knowingly submit any document or documents which are forged, fraudulent or not genuine, and the Secretary of
State has sought to verify the documents using processes specified by him, and has been unable to verify conclusively that they are
genuine, the application will be refused.

I understand that if the UK Border Agency has reasonable cause to believe that any document or documents I have submitted with this
application are forged, fraudulent or not genuine, and the UK Border Agency has sought to verify the documents using processes
specified by it but has not been able to verify them, no points will be awarded for these documents even if the UK Border Agency cannot
prove that they are not genuine.

I am aware that it is an offence under the Immigration Act 1971, as amended by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and the Nationality,
Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, to make, to a person acting in execution of any of these Acts, a statement or representation which I
know to be false or do not believe to be true, or to obtain or seek to obtain leave to remain in the United Kingdom by means which include
deception.

Information I provide to the UK Border Agency will be treated in confidence but it may be disclosed to other law enforcement agencies,
government departments, agencies, local authorities, foreign governments and other bodies for immigration or research purposes or to
enable them to perform their functions.
