    Kindly note that:


    • We have taken the date of prepayment as 27-July-2019
    • The total amount payable may change after the subsequent due date (repayment date)
    • Per day Interest on the loan account is Rs.488.04
    • On prepayment of Loan, although we make best of efforts not to bank the subsequent month's instalment,
    still as a precaution, we advise you to make a stop payment request for your next instalment. In case this
    instalment is debited from your account, the amount will be refunded subject to clearance.
    • Cheque/Draft for prepayment of loan should be drawn in favour of 'PNB Housing Finance Limited'.
    • All property documents with no dues letter certificate will be released within 30 working days from the date
    of account closure.
    • Release of property papers is subject to physical presence of all the property owners with valid identity
    proofs at branch office of PNB Housing Finance Limited.
    • In case the linked loan is active, only no dues letter will be released after closure of loan. The documents
    will be released only once the linked loan is also closed in system.
    • All calculations are subject to realization of all cheques given in captioned loan account.
    • This statement is valid for one month from the date of issue.
    • Part/Full pre-payment requests can be accepted on all days,except between 25th of the month and last day
    of the month(both days inclusive).You are requested to schedule your plans for part payment(if any)
    accordingly.
