    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ROMMEL C. PEROCHO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Feeder Road #3, Brgy.
    Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines, by virtue of these presents hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
    and APPOINT, ROMINA CARMELA C. PEROCHO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Fortune
    Executive Homes, Pampanga, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact,
    for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform any of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

    1. To get, claim and receive the bail bond/cash bond amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos only
    (₱10,000.00) as evidenced by Official Receipt (OR) No. 841586A, dated June 5, 2013 from the office
    of the Clerk of Court of Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, pertaining to Criminal Case Nos.
    19121, 9122 and 19123 entitled “The People of the Philippines versus Nova Security & Investigation,
    Inc., Recolito Perocho, Antonio G. Amorado, and Alicia P. Uy” pending before Branch 30, Regional
    Trial Court in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines;

    2. To sign, process and facilitate any documents necessary for the completion of the above-mentioned
    transaction;

    3. To do any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any
    and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorneys-in-Fact full power and authority to do
    and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary to be done in and about the premises as
    fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
    confirming, all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may do and perform by virtue of these presents.
