    INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

    Project

    To launch a forex brokerage that provides a platform (MT4) which is made credible with the
    company’s license, along with charting tools that help the traders make beneficial trades, all in an
    easy to use interface developed by our team. We aim to compete in the 5.5 trillion dollar a day
    market and establish our self as Asia’s best brokerage.

    Investment Required

    Investor Contract

    The Investor will have the stated stake of the company according to the model selected with Terms
    and Conditions as stated below;

    1. First 6 Months the Investor will not be getting a monthly Return on the Capital invested.
    This period of time will be used to develop the platforms and obtain licenses, establish
    offices and hire required staff.
    2.
    a. Model 1.
    i. Post Launch the Investor will be getting a monthly Return on the Capital
    invested with 75% share of the profits until the entire investment is
    returned then the share falls back to 35%.
    b. Model 2.
    i. Post Launch the Investor will be getting a monthly Return on the Capital
    invested with 35% share of the profits until the entire investment is
    returned then the share falls back to 15%.

    We place the Investor’s interests first and have created the contract so as to ensure entire Return
    of Capital within a period of 1 year with the following year providing a 4x of Initial Investment.
    Investment Breakdown

    Bank Liquidity will not be used for operational expenses and the management aims to keep this as
    reserve fund to meet future requirements if any. This fund will be used only in situations wherein it
    arises with the investors permission.

    License be taken to increase trust with clients through transparency, safety and higher credibility.

    MT4 Platform will be the key platform that will be purchased and developed through a technical
    team and will be where the traders give orders to execute their trades.

    UAE Office (Front End) The head office from where all the primary functions will be carried out
    along with a point to attract traders from the UAE.

    Bangalore Office (Back End) This office will house all back end functions from account openings to
    24/7 customer support.

    HR will be the personnel hired to execute the company’s plans in order to achieve the company’s
    objectives being profits and growth.

    Marketing the most important area wherein multiple marketing strategies will be implemented for
    client acquisition to meet our targets so as to get increased profits.

    Taking into consideration Investors safety 60% of the investment can be liquidated and
    recovered, and by various means in the maximum capacity of the team the investors funds will
    be protected.
    Revenue Model

    The brokerage earns through commission, spreads or both. Further income breakdown can be sent
    upon request.
