Provision of references to the maintenance
checks/inspections carried out, during
maintenance and at aircraft dispatch within

spares.
Check for presence of incomplete / open
entries within the logbook.
5. Aircraft Cabin Logbook
Proper cataloging, storage and recording of
aircraft cabin logbooks and cabin reported
defects.
Defect logging is proper and filled in with the
requisite information along with the relevant
AME’ signatures and stamps
Utilization and mention of NEF references,
serial numbers, part numbers and slip
numbers for component replacement etc.
Condition of the logbook and availability of
spares.
Check for presence of incomplete, open
entries within the logbook.
6. ADs/SBs/Mods and its Compliance report
Assessment and evaluation and compliance
of applicable ADs on type aircraft.
Availability of DFPs (Dirty Finger Prints) of
ADs/SBs/Modifications.
Issued task cards are properly signed and
stamped by technicians and AME.
7. Engine trend monitoring
Availability and frequency of updated engine
trend data
Availability of procedures and corrective
measures in case(s) where the engine trend
depicts a deteriorating conditioning.

Presence of proper signatures and stamps by
the certifying staff.
