DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
of HARIJA R. ABUBAKAR
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate is
made and entered into by and among:
ISMAEL B. ABUBAKAR, married to Queenie Abubakar, JAMIR
OMAR A. ABUBAKAR, single, NAJEEB A. ABDULLA, married to
Salma Abdulla, SORAYA P. ABUBAKAR, single, IVY JOY S.
ARADJI, single, JEFFREY H. ABUBAKAR, married to Josephine
Layuga, all of legal age, Filipinos, and with residence at
Km 5 Rio Drive, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City,
WITNESSETH: That-
WHEREAS, HARIJA R. ABUBAKAR died on February 15, 2017 in
City of Zamboanga without any will or testament and without any
outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity. Copy of his
death certificate is hereto attached as Annex "A";
WHEREAS, at the time of HARIJA R. ABUBAKAR death, she left
as forced heirs, the following:
WHEREAS, the abovenamed stated are the legal heirs of HARIJA
R. ABUBAKAR by reason of the fact that they are all her full-
blood nieces who are supposed to inherit by way of intestate
succession;
WHEREAS, at the time of the death of HARIJA R. ABUBAKAR, she
left deposits of money at METROBANK Brilliantes Brach, which are
more particularly described as follows:

in pro-indiviso sharing pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court of the Philippines, subject to the liabilities
imposed by Section 4, of the same Rule;

The undersigned is the legal heirs of the late HARIJA R.

ABUBAKAR, respectfully request for the Certification of the
outstanding balance of the deposit of Late HARIJA R. ABUBAKAR, with
your bank under Savings Account No. 090-3-09007885-3, as the same is
needed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the computation of the
Estate Tax.
That in the event of her outstanding balance we the legal heirs

are willing to settle her estate and willing to submit important
