STUDY the Expatriation Act Expatriation Act, CHAP. CCXLIX - An Act concerning the
Rights of American Citizens in foreign States, Section 3, "if it appears to be wrongful and in
violation of the rights of American citizenship, the President shall forthwith demand the release
of such citizen ..."
This is your Military enforcement..... BUT, YOU MUST BE on the private/de jure side.
The person arresting John Doe ASSUMES he is on the corporate side. Presumption CAN be
rebutted.
Caveat: If you give ANY information, you become a part of that Foreign Process. The military
can NO LONGER help you.
When the military is brought into the action, they will check to see if you gave up your rights. If
you incriminated yourself in ANY way, you will be taken to task for invoking a right when you
don't have it. That would be a SERIOUS mistake.
