Thank you for selecting UCL TRUST, (hereinafter “Consultant”) to provide you (hereinafter “Client”) with the
“Empower Yourself Package” Membership, Services, and Support. Pursuant to our conversations up to this date, please be
advised that we are providing aforementioned services on an as needed basis, (hereinafter “Services”), and that the Client has
not been advertised or pressured to sign up for this service. Client freely volunteers to abide by the provisions of this Letter of
Engagement.

LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR USE OF CONSULTANT’S SERVICES
INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO BECOME A PARTY TO, AND TO BE LEGALLY BOUND
BY, THIS LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES:

1. ACCEPTANCE.

The terms and conditions of services contained herein (this “Letter of Engagement”) apply to all quotations made,
invoices, and proposals entered into by the consultant (“Consultant”). Some of the terms set forth herein may differ from
those in a Client's communications and some may be new. This acceptance is conditional on Client's assent to the terms set
out here in lieu of those in Client's communications. The Consultant's failure to object to provisions contained in any
communication from Client shall not be deemed a waiver of the provisions of this acceptance. Any changes in the terms
contained herein must specifically be agreed to in writing by an officer of the Consultant before becoming binding on the
Consultant. All proposals, change orders and other contracts must be approved and accepted by the Consultant in accordance
with this Letter of Engagement.

2. SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICES.

a. Services. Consultant agrees to enroll Client in the Status Correction ( law study educational training and
document distribution) (the “Membership”) as follows:

FILES. Full support for dissemination of all available files as part of the Empower Yourself Pack to date
(Hundreds of files, consisting of multiple GB’s of Data containing Dozens Hours of Original Video/Audio Informative
Content including many Walkthrough Step by Step Videos). The topics are itemized and listed below; with sources to other
educational videos for further in depth segmenting. This product includes Editable Word Document Templates, Cliffnotes,
Visual Instructions and Examples, Homework, Definitions, and Video step-by-step tutorials for a Variety of Tools, Education,
and/or Process, and Other Files as Visuals (PDFs, image files) as supporting documentation; giving you all the tools
necessary to INCREASE YOUR COMPETENCY at living as a Secured Party Creditor, As Well as to Stay OUT OF
TROUBLE with the plethera of continual mis/disinformation sending people to jail by encouraging them to do the

15. A collection of over a dozen additional Trust documents, to add to your existing Trust when the documentation is so
needed, for variety of the Trust’s changes, or decisions. As well as teaching YOU the components of a Trust Declaration
again to help you in learning this stuff alone, having the copy and paste templates so you no longer need to rely on others to
create a trust for you, nor would you need to rely on others to add additional documents to keep your trust active and/or valid,
in any event including death of a trustee, removal of a trustee, and so forth.

16. A collection of 15 files, to help show you that no Social Security number is needed, for any reason what so ever, not to
work, not to live, not to get a Passport, etc. Many files are from the Social Security Commissioner with official signature and
letterhead, as well as more, to help you in your goals of banking, working, and living without a SSN. At least one noteable
court case decision provided as well (others to be added).

17. Proofs of Discharges, in a video narration on what happens when something gets discharged.

18. At least 9 recorded UCL conference calls or conversations on variety of subjects and topics.

19. My take on the Right to Travel arguments, video (Part 2 to come soon), showing you what is actually possible in the real
world, and what is risky/dangerous. There’s a lot you can get away with, but some things like driving without a drivers
license, that for most people in most situations, you can not get away with just by being an SPC. Full run down to be
explained here.

20. State National but not a US Citizen, passport, video lesson, supporting laws, detail on US passport forms pointed out and
explained, how to fill one in as an SPC – BOTH methods explained.

21. Files and info provided on taxes for Trusts, resource list, tax forms provided and gone over, so you can review and see
what’s involved and what is different that a Trust needs to do, to file a tax return and when it’s needed or isn’t.

22. Submission or substitution of W4 and W9 forms as a TRUST, and some support files and lesson in case it’s Rejected.
What are your options?

23. Put together your own W8-BEN form, for Non-Resident Aliens foreign to the United States. Forms, example/template
provided, with video lesson. There are Two different types of W8 forms our members use – one for the TRUST, one for the
Human being.

24. The “World Passport” demystified. Do you really need it? When could you need it or be eligible to use it? When does it
work? Where is it recognized? How to fill out application to obtain it and where do you send it?

25. If you are an INNER CIRCLE MEMBER ONLY ----→ [if you also have the SPC DONE WITH U and bought them
together] you can become an “Inner Circle” Friend of UCL, in which we allow even more access to our world class mentors
like Tyler and the rest of our (growing) team. This is a work-in-progress but we provide lists and lessons on specific various
wealth creation and financial abundance opportunities that we personally use and/or are exploring ourselves. Funds from this
go to budget to explore additional wealth creation opportunities, and to vet, screen, background check, and TEST the
proponents of these methods, unfortunately, 90% of the wealth creation opportunities that we’ve researched and tried to test,
we have successfully vetted and avoided introducing to you to harm you. A lot is done behind the scenes, and we test with
our own money first, as well as do tons of intense legal research,, such as finding out if there’s ever been a court case where
this blew up and failed. Your life is not worth taking risks you can not handle if the worst case scenario occurred. To make a
lot more money a lot quicker than the norm, some risk is necessary so we all chose to seek investments. But we are vetting
like a hawk things we come across, before introducing to anyone else. Also provided here, are Tyler’s lessons and other ideas
on wealth idea you probably have heard about – Stocks, Silver/Gold, Cryptocurrency, the Denar, Crowdfunding, the
Worldwide reset. Some of my personal opinion and perspective is “Seeing the other side of the coin” , even if you disagree,
it’s good to see the other argument why its a poor investment decision. Many resources, links to other websites with resources
provided.

gems and gold in here yourself, but within this folder, we for the most part do not pick apart with video lessons, there is great
stuff in here, but many many folders of niche areas you may need, find helpful, and always able to learn from if you choose
that topic. In time, some of the material here will be expounded upon and certain videos will be made emphasizing certain
sections as well.

KEEP IN MIND – SOME TOPICS / FOLDERS are ideas being worked on. In time, the folders will get FILLED
OUT with more files and content, and eventually, a Video on each main Folder. This takes time,
and your support, to make possible.

KEEP IN MIND – For the convenience of all User’s able to open and review/study/print all of the document files in
this Library, I have made 2 versions of every document file. For example, if a document is in a WORD, I also
provide a duplicate as a PDF file as well. This is to ensure you have 2 different ways to open the file with different
programs. Some people in the past had computer issues, or did not have the right program to open and review the
file, others had a different program that slightly changes the margins and thus page size of certain WORD files, thus
crunching the words into the extra page, etc. The best way to view the file is by opening the PDF, however the word
version is also provided, so that you can easily edit and adjust as needed, for your personalization and uses.
However keep in mind, based upon your system and program and it’s settings, a file may fit to a slightly different
size or number of pages, therefore please aware of this and use the PDF whenever possible. Others files also had
been corrupted so we provide a second copy so that you don’t have to ask me if a file is corrupted until you try to
view the second file as well. I am always trying to improve and make things better, even if you have any kinks,
please let me know and I will (eventually) fix the problem.

If you have questions or feedback, we often do lessons based upon member’s requested topics and questions.

DOWNLOADS. Client will be sent a temporary unique link to download and access the files through their email,
which will expire within a few days. Upon purchase, client is advised to promptly and timely download all the files, and
confirm their ability to access and open the files; and if necessary to work with Consultant to assist in any technical support
on downloading, opening, or otherwise accessing files. Consultant promises to provide all reasonable technical support, if
necessary; or – in the alternative provide alternative means of accessing the files. If at any time Client damages computer,
loses files or access to files, Consultant will support and assist client in accessing the files up to an additional three (3) times
per calendar year, for a period of ten (10) years, if necessary.

NO LOGIN. At this time there is no log in section, all the files will be sent in download format.

CALLS AND WEBINARS. Membership also entitles to you member-only conference calls and webinars which are
being organized and will be planned and e-mailed to you as an announcement. Membership is for ninety-nine (99) years.
There is no guarantee on the regularity of calls (i.e. there is not a “weekly call”). Calls and webinars are constantly in the
works, especially when there is new information that is pertinent to the subject-matter or material changes or additions to the
status process, and/or other off topic presentations as they are prepared. Consultant is constantly working on new material
and Research and Development. As new discoveries are tested in the field and confirmed, we aim to provide only tested and
true remedies and will provide the information and tools to our members.

CLIENT IS EXPECTED TO HAVE A TYPICAL WORD PROCESSOR LIKE MICROSOFT WORD OR OPEN OFFICE and
ADOBE or similar PDF opener, TO OPEN FILES as well as to PLAY VIDEOS, in order to have access to view the files they wish to
study.

a. No documents prepared. The Status Correction Course membership does not include any personalized drafts or documents for the
member. The member is responsible for, and should learn to become capable to edit and insert their name in any/all documents.

b. Communications. Answers and clarification on the course and documents shall be directed primarily to the calls, webinars, and
Q and A sessions for members.

3. PAYMENT.

a. Privacy and Confidentiality. Many clients feel comfortable keeping their relationship with UCL PRIVATE and
CONFIDENTIAL. Your privacy is paramount and we promise not to divulge your private information to any outside
sources.

b. Fee. Client hereby submits payment in the amount of $2000.

e. Refunds. In no instance shall the Client be entitled to rescind this contract or receive a refund after the product is delivered
to the client via electronic download, and no refund shall be given for any reason. All sales are final, purchase is NON-refundable.

4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
Consultant agrees to maintain of the highest level of security to maintain the Client’s relationship with Consultant and private
details private and will under no circumstances be shared.

5.LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUES OR LOSS OF
PROFITS), EVEN IF THAT PARTY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL
PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR
OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THIS LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT OR ITS

IMPLEMENTATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF THE CONSULTANT, ITS AFFILIATES,
AND ANY OF ITS OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY
WAY TO THIS LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT OR ITS IMPLEMENTATION EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY CLIENT TO
CONSULTANT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
a. Governing Law. This Letter of Engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UNIDROIT
Principles of International Commercial Contracts (the “UNIDROIT Rules”), without regard to the conflicts of laws rules thereof. Each
party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the International Center for Dispute Resolution (the “ICDR”) as the forum and
venue for binding Arbitration for any and all actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Letter of Engagement, and each party
hereby irrevocably waives the defenses of improper venue or an inconvenient forum for the maintenance of any such action or proceeding
to the fullest extent permitted by law.

b. Severability; Waiver. If any provision of this Letter of Engagement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any
reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way, the parties agree to replace
any invalid provision with a valid provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision. No
waiver of any breach of this Letter of Engagement will be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of
the waiving party. The waiver by either party of any breach of this Letter of Engagement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of
any other or subsequent breach.

c. Notice. Any notices required or permitted hereunder shall be given to the appropriate party by electronic mail or any other
means the parties may specify in writing. Such notice shall be deemed given: (a) if delivered personally, upon delivery as evidenced by
delivery records; (b) if sent by e-mail, upon receipt of a delivery confirmation or from the other party confirming receipt, or (c) if sent by
certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, five (5) days after the date of mailing.

NOTE: NEITHER CONSULTANT, NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND/OR SUB-CONTRACTORS

(COLLECTIVELY, “CONSULTANT”) GUARANTEES ANY RESULTS IN ANY AND ALL MATTER(S).
CONSULTANT DOES NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED THE UNLAWFUL
PRACTICE OF LAW BY CONDUCT EXHIBITING AND/OR PERFORMING SERVICES IN ANY COURT OF
JUSTICE IN ANY MATTER. THIS INCLUDES LEGAL ADVICE AND COUNSEL AND/OR THE PREPARATION
OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS AND/OR CONTRACTS BY WHICH THE LEGAL RIGHTS ARE SECURED,
ALTHOUGH SUCH MATTER(S) MAY NOT BE DEPENDING ON ADJUDICATION IN ANY COURT OF
JUSTICE.
