    Hard Parameters Optimization i.e Mechanical Tilt, Electrical Tilt and Azimuth Adjustment to Solve
    Costumer Complaint. • CQT Testing• VIP locations Service Quality Testing like CS and PS Calls HSPA.
    • Pre and Post Technical Report Making For VIP Locations And Complaints. • Performing FTP test
    through filezilla • Perform hard parameters optimization (M-Tilt and E-Tilt) to improve coverage. •

    RF Test Engineer
    • Hands-on experience in 4G SSV/3GSSV.1 • Hands-on experience in Costumer complaint. •
    Conducting 4G/3G field optimization and identified issues like sector swap, low data rates,
    overshooting, poor coverage and analyzing 4G/3G parameters like RSRP, SINR, RSCP, Ec/No, CQI •
    Perform 4G/3G cluster Drive Test. • Monitoring PCI,RSRP,MAC DL,RLC throghput , SC, RSCP, Ec/No, of
    4G/3G sites during DT. • Performing FTP test through filezilla and through Tems script • Verifying soft
    handover, 3G to 2G IRAT handover and 2G to 3G cell reselection. • Optimization by antenna tilts &
    reorientation, height reduction to improve network coverage and data throughput • Recommend Hard
    and soft parameter changes to improve live network performance. • Direct co-ordination with OMC
    for adding missing neighbors, block call or packet drop issues and other activities needed during Drive
    Test. • Perform hard parameters optimization (M-Tilt and E-Tilt) to improve coverage after cut-over. •
    Complete 4G report making experience using genex assistant.
