Circuit Diagram:
Using DAQ, this amplified voltage is read into the block diagram which calibrates the
voltage into temperature in oC.
Hardware Circuit:

Inference:
1. The voltage difference of the order of ‘mV’ can be amplified using instrumentation
amplifier with much ease by selecting appropriate resistor values and also the output
is prone to less error due to high CMRR of the circuit.
2. Even minor changes in the voltage (Caused due to imbalance created by thermistor in
the Wheatstone bridge) can be mapped into respective temperature using DAQ tool
and equivalent mapping logic in LabVIEW. So, it plays a major role in integrating
hardware with software.
3. The amplification of output (in ‘mV’) is necessary as in many cases dealing with such
low voltages in real time applications (like alarms) becomes difficult. So, amplifying it
to appropriate level makes it easier to analyse and design alarm systems (for
instance).
4. Also, proper thermistors are required because if its output is erroneous, then even it
also gets amplified and may lead to wrong mapping into temperature which may be a
serious issue in alarms design.
