Important Instructions
1. Note: Kindly check the location of your Exam Centre a day before the exam.
2. Change of Examination Centre is not permitted on any ground. You must appear for the Examination at the Centre
indicated in the Admit Card only.
3. You should bring the following documents to the Examination Centre:
a. Two copies of the Examination Admit Card (printout) with your recent passport size photograph pasted on it.
Sign in the space provided on both copies of your Admit Card in presence of invigilator. One copy of your  
admit card (with photo pasted) must be submitted to the invigilator at the exam centre.
b. Two Black ball point pens.
c. One original ID proof, (e.g. Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport.)
d. Candidates appearing in the exam for Faculty of Fine Arts have to bring their own pencils and drawing boards.
Note : Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Exam Centre if they fail to bring their admit card and ID
proof.
4. Exam time and Reporting Time
a. This Entrance Exam is of 90 minutes duration (60 minutes for BVA/BFA and Diploma courses of Fine Arts). Please
note the time of Entrance Exam and report to the Exam Centre at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time for
the Entrance Exam.
b. Occupy your seat at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination. You will not be allowed to enter the Exam
Centre after the commencement of the Entrance Exam.
c. You will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the Entrance Exam is over.
5. You should occupy the seat on which your Roll Number is mentioned.
6. Do not occupy a seat which has a different Roll Number pasted on it, even if that seat is unoccupied.
7. Handle the OMR answer sheet very carefully. Do not fold or leave any smudges.
8. Following items are NOT ALLOWED inside the Exam Centre:
a. Calculators, electronic diaries, digital watches, cell phones, beepers or any other similar electronic equipment,
cameras and any extra pieces of paper.
9. While answering, you must mark only one correct answer per question. If you give more than one answer, computer will
mark the answer wrong.
10. Candidate must bring Admit Card at the time of counselling.
11. Answer your questions after careful thought, as erasing/cutting/whitening on sheet is not permitted.
12. If you have sought some weightage or sub­category reservation, then you have to get your relevant certificate verified on
the day of exam, after the exam is over at the designated place. (See last page)

भारण तथा उप ेणी स ापन Weightage and Sub Category Verification

1. ऐसे अ थ   ज ने  कसी भारण ( ोट् स अथवा एनसीसी­'बी) अथवा उप ेणी ( तं ता सं ाम सेना नय  के आ त, र ा का मक  के आ त
अथवा  द ांग) के लाभ के  लये आवेदन  कया ह, उनके भारण अथवा उप ेणी  माण प   वेश परी ा के बाद उसी  दन लखनऊ  व व ालय
के नवीन प रसर म  त पयटन अ यन सं ान म  न द   ान  पर स ा पत  कये जाएं गे।
 
All candidates who have sought some weightage (Sports or NCC­‘B’) or sub category reservation (Freedom
Fighter (FF), Defence Personnel (DP) or Differently Abled (PH)) have to get their certificates verified on the day of
the Entrance Examination after the Exam at designated places in the Institute of Tourism Studies, New Campus,
University of Lucknow.
2. ऐसे अ थय  को आवेदन फाम व  वेश प  के एक अ त र   ट आउट के साथ भारण अथवा उप ेणी  जसका लाभ लेना चाहते ह  के मूल
माण प  तथा इनक  एक   अ भ मा णत अ त र  फोटोकॉपी साथ लानी होगी।
 
Such candidates must bring original and self attested photocopies of the certificates related to their claim along
with an extra print out of the application form and admit card.
3. ऐसे अ थय   ज ने अपने आवेदन  प  म  कसी भी भारण या उप ेणी क  मांग क  ह ले कन उनके स ापन के  लए  नधा रत  ान,  त थ व
समय पर नह  उप त  ए उ  उस भारण या उप ेणी का लाभ नह   दया जाएगा। 
Candidates who have sought any weightage or subcategory in their application form but do not appear for
verification at designated place, date and time, will not be given the benefit claimed.

Weightage and Subcategory verification of candidates of BVA/BFA, Diploma in Fine Arts and B.Voc (Renewable
Energy) will be held in the Chemistry Department, Lucknow University (Old Campus) after the test is over.
6. ओ बी सी (गैर  मी), एससी और एसटी  े णय  से संबं धत अ थय  के  माण प  को काउं स लग के समय स ा पत  कया जाएगा।
 
Certificates of candidates belonging to the OBC (Non Creamy), SC and ST categories will be verified at the time of
counselling.

University of Lucknow is adopting an Off Campus Online Counseling for the LL.B. (Integrated), B.Com., B.Sc.
Biology, B.Sc. Mathematics, BCA and B.Voc. (Renewable Energy), UG Management programs and B.El.Ed.
Candidates have to register and submit their choices after the result has been declared. Detailed guidelines are
available on the University of Lucknow website (www.lkouniv.ac.in).
2. B.A और B.A (Hons) पा म  के  लए ऑन कपस ऑनलाइन काउं स लग होगी। अ थय  को काउं स लग के  लए  नधा रत काउं स लग क
पर  रपोट करना होगा।
 
For B.A and B.A. (Hons), there will be On Campus Online Counseling. Candidates will have to report at the
designated centre for counseling.
