Human Health Hazards : Not hazardous at normal condition to the human


body, May cause irritation by skin contact
Environmental Hazards : Not available

4. FIRST AID MEASURE

Inhalation : Move to fresh air


After contact with skin : Wash affected areas with running water and
soap for several minutes.
After contact with eyes : Hold eyelid open and flush the affected eye
with running water. If symptoms persist, seek
medical advice.
After ingestion : Immediately rinse mouth, drink plenty of water,
seek medical help.

5. FIRE – FIGHTING MEASURES

Not classified as flammable material


Suitable extinguishing media : Carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder, fine
water spray and AF 11. Water can be used
to cool fire exposed containers.
Special protective equipment/procedures : A self-contained respirator and protective
clothing should be worn. Keep containers
cool with water spray until well after the
fire is out. Determine the need to evacuate
or isolate the area according to your local
emergency plan.
Hazardous Combustion Products : Incomplete combustion can yield low
molecular weight hydrocarbons, oxides of
carbon, oxide of nitrogen, silicone dioxide,
formaldehyde and other hazardous
products of combustion.

6. ACCIDENTIAL RELEASE PROCEDURES

Large spillages should be pumped into container, soak up remainder with absorbent
material.
Small spillages can be swilled away with water. Waste water must be disposed
of correctly.

11. TOXICOLOGY INFORMATION

On contact with eyes : Vapors released during curing may cause eye
irritation.
On skin contact : Contact with uncured product may result in
moderate skin irritation
If inhaled : The vapor is irritating to the mouth, nose and
throat.
On ingestion : Small amounts transferred to the mouth by fingers
during use should not injure. Swallowing large
amounts may cause digestive discomfort.

Elimination Information
The product can be virtually eliminated from water by abiotic processes e.g.
adsorption onto activated sludge. Do not discharge product into natural waters
without pretreatment (biological treatment plant)
Behaviour and environmental fate
Inhibition of degradation activity in activated sludge is not to be anticipated during
correct introduction of low concentrations.
