• While it’s not pleasant to consider the prospect of DNF ing even before you start the race, there will always be some who could not
complete the race due to various reasons. One major reason is, this is not an easy race. It has very challenging elevation profile in
all categories. Even 15K category is not an easy 15K…

• Should that race day just isn’t your day, please observe our rules and procedures as follow:

• Runners may DNF voluntarily or by missing the cut-off times at checkpoints along the race course;

• Runner who decides to pull out voluntarily must proceed to the nearest water station or checkpoint, inform and register with
the race staffs and the bib will be specially marked to indicate the DNF status of the runners.

• Runners who fail to arrive at the checkpoints within the cut-off times will not be allowed to continue running in the race.

• Runner who has DNF ed from the race are not allowed to continue their run. IF they insists on continuing running, they are NO
LONGER in this event, and will be running entirely on their own accord and at their own risk.

• If runner is unable to move on their own, either return to the nearest water station point or to the next water station point.

You need to proceed to the nearest evacuation point in situation you are deciding to quit the
race.

If any injury occurs and you are difficult to move, seek to the nearest runners or volunteer in
the nearest checkpoint for help.

It is advised runners to cover themselves with life insurance

Please bear in mind, the shuttle from 6 points of evacuation is not a scheduled shuttle. It will
leave the point to start/finish line when WS officer consider the time is needed to depart.

The shuttle will not leave by runner personal request

If you are in rush and the shuttle is not scheduled yet to depart, you must proceed available
public transport on your own cost.

Please be wise in scheduling and booking your airline/train/bus ticket

• WS 7 – 8 Wonorejo is the only drop bag location

• Collection of drop bag for 116K and 75K is before Race

Briefing 1 which is Friday, 12 July 2019 15:00 at the race
central

• Collection of drop bag for 55K is before Race Briefing 2 which

is Saturday, 13 July 2019 15:00 at the race central

• One drop bag per runner is permitted for each of the above
locations.

• Drop bags must be closable and SOFT. Plastic bags/garbage

bags and hard plastic boxes will not be accepted.

• WS drop bags must be less than 20 litres in volume and less

than 10kg in weight.

• Drop bags must not contain any glass bottles. Any liquids
must be limited and if included, must be securely contained.
Valuable items should not be left in drop bags.

• Organizers will provide drop bag-plastic bag with ID system.

You must proceed back to start/finish line once

you are over COT in this check point

35K course will be the same with other category

after WS 9 – Mbah Kamad. Adding 3 km and 300
m elevation and therefore COT become 14:30
hours.
