    TTC, MIDC INDUSTRIAL AREA, RABALE, NAVI – MUMBAI, DIST: THANE. At …………… AM on
    JULY,2019.

    EXTRACT OF RESOLUTION Passed in the meeting on …. July, 2019 wherein requisite quorum was
    present and duly recorded in minutes books. Following were present in the meeting:-

    RESOLVED THAT MR. Subhash Dhanuka (Director) of the Company is hereby authorized to act on
    Behalf of the company in all matters related to Plot No. R-890 and Plot No. W-373 in T.T.C, M.I.D.C
    Industrial Area on such terms and conditions as they may consider beneficial and in the interest of
    the company.

    RESOLVED THAT Plot No. R-890 & plot no. W-373, at TTC, MIDC Industrial Area, Rabble,
    Navi-Mumbai got transferred in Favour of TECHNOFOUR COMBINES PVT.LTD. in the Regional
    Office, MIDC,Mahape, from M/s. SHREE GANESH INDUSTRIES and M/S. NANON COMPUTERS
    PVT. LTD

    RESOLVED THAT MR.SUBHASH DHANUKA (DIRECTOR) to sign all documents deed of Assignment &
    Other related papers for transfers with MIDC, NMMC, MSEDCL, MPCB, MSME, CETP and other
    Central/State Government departments for Plot No.R-890 & W-373 in TTC, MIDC Industrial area
    in favor of the Company.

    FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. Subhash Dhanuka (Director) be and hereby authorized to affix the
    COMMON SEAL of the company on the documents and Deed of Assignment for all transfer of both
    the Plots.
