DAKWAH; Tell the Ss the importance to finish their food because if they don’t finish their food, it means that they become
wasteful person while there are many people who are starving. They need to be grateful of the food that they eat.

Review
Review about imperatives to the Ss by playing the Simons says “Everybody stand up!” “Touch your friend ear!” “S1 please
make imperatives sentence!” They need to do the actions fast
Preview (Realia we bring due to today’s lesson) T–S
T shows rice to the Ss and says “Today I bring slices of bread! Would you like to eat this bread? Does your mom or dad ask you
5 to do a lot of errands? What kind of things do your parents ask you to do?”
Give each S slice of bread if they want to eat and have the Ss tell about the errands that they parents ask them
Have the others to give feedback about their friends answers
Presentation (T explanation due to today’s objective target) T–S
Have the Ss to look at page 24. Ask the Ss to listen the audio then repeat; “Now, look at this dialogue on page 24 in Unit 3.
Listen and repeat to the audio” correct their pronunciation if they get wrong
Ask the Ss about the dialogue “What does Joe’s mom ask to do? Is there a shopping list for Joe? What are the foods that Joe
needs to buy?”
Encourage Ss to answer the questions then have the Ss to do activity 2 comprehension and discuss the answer together after
they finish
Have the Ss to listen to the pronunciation about would you and repeat then practice the conversation. T corrects their
pronunciation if they get wrong
Ask the Ss to open page 26 vocabulary. Have them to listen and repeat the audio after that in pairs, identify the foods in the
25 picture and ask the Ss to answer it orally one by one
Explain about the collocations with food

Then toss the ball to S1, he/she needs to adds a new food item, repeating all of the items previously mentioned e.g. I’m going
to the supermarket to buy some apples and a pound of cheese. Repeat the process until all the Ss have the chance to
participate
