This Check In Check Out, in short CICO, is provided in BOSNET


moDis to make sure your salesman visits the outlets in the call
plan. For that purpose, it utilizes two types of validation. First,
time-stamp validation. It is done simply by saving the date and
time when the salesman press a menu button, Start Visit or End
Visit. Secondly, the location stamp that utilizes GPS and barcode
system. The salesman has to locate a customer card for
validation with this system.

7. Complete Advance Price & Discount Scheme

When setting price, there are combination of things to consider,


usually Per Item Price, Discount and Product Bonus. The
combinations of these three things, put into one will become a
price catalog. This price modeling is used in the Price Catalog
feature of BOSNET Distribution. It allows you to create many
different catalogs such as Modern Trade Price Catalog, Back to
School Price Catalog, or West Java Price Catalog, all at one single
place. Additionally, it allows you to combine several price
catalogs to form Multi Level Discount or Bonus. Once a price
catalog is set and tested, then you can assign it to a customer
group. This is the standard assignment, one price catalog for
one customer group. There are two other types of assignment
available in BOSNET Distribution.

Assumptions
ü All master data and pricing scheme must be ready before implementation at pilot site.

ü Infrastructure such as internet and network connection to the server must be ready before implementation at pilot and rollout sites,
prepared by MPK team.

ü Rollout Implementation using the same configuration with the Pilot site.

ü All report development will be developed in single format and single template or using BOSNET Olap report.

To ensure the successful implementation of BOSNET as a new system, we should anticipate potential factors that may
contribute failures of delivering the project on time.

BOSNET Distribution Indonesia as a company:
• With more than 20.000 users and growing from various industries and 15+ years of experiences, BOSNET is acceptable
and widely used, even has long-time relationship for continuous enhancement and implementation.
• In case, BDI is insolvent/bankrupt, then the source code of BOSNET bought in this proposal will be given to MPK, so
MPK is able to support BOSNET by itself.

MPK as a company:
• Catering MPK business requirements, BOSNET is ready to custom fit with MPK competitive advantages and this
customization is only needed to install in centralized server and will push the updates to all impacted users using our
Alphard technology.

5. Communication Link

BOSNET has the capabilities of running online and offline with minimum bandwidth.
Using standard stable Internet connection is sufficient in running BOSNET.
Most of our clients run BOSNET with Telkom Speedy with GSM modem as their backup.

Currently, Internet connection in Indonesia is improving, thus, our recommendation is to go full


online. This communication link is provided by Client.

General Terms and Conditions
• Cloud Servers:
• Cloud servers are based on Cloud pricing and terms & conditions.
• Price is estimated using current Cloud Pricing Calculator. Actual charging may differs.
• Management fee is 20% of total actual cost per month.
• Cloud prices are based on specification mentioned in this proposal. BOSNET will review and recommend any
required changes for cloud servers specification every 3 months and propose the changes if necessary.

• Travelling, accommodation, and allowance is not included for work outside DKI Jakarta.
• Travelling: economy airline, train ticket, and other necessary transportation.
• From Jakarta to site area, site area to accommodation, accommodation to site, and vice
• versa. Standard rate: depends on availability and season
• Accommodation: place to stay during project activities
• Decent and clean hotel or motel or mess Standard rate: IDR 400.000 per day per person
