almost all cannot sleep well.
Let me take you through the need for good sleep and how one can work towards sleeping well.

It is estimated that here approx. 26 % of the absenteeism is due sleep deprivation and and 18 % accidents due to
sleepy driving.
1. Have a treat – for your eyes only, not stomach :- Have light evening meals : - Hence the adage - Eat like a pauper

2. Avoid Nicotine Alcohol & Caffeine : - Nicotine users have 14 mins less sleep per night than non-nicotine users.
Alcohol helps sleep – only if you can stop drinking & bring diuretic one is disturbed at night to go to the toilet.
The body takes a long time to break down Caffeine.
