    1 Check equipment is de-energized and safe

    2 Equipment is in good condition and compliant with data sheet and specification

    3 Check preservation status and anti-condensation heaters are ready to be energized

    4 Check equipment is correctly aligned, level, rigid and secured with correct bolting
    Equipment has been installed in accordance with manufacturer's installation

    Check all panel mounted devices are undamaged and correctly labeled as per

    7 Check busbars are correctly aligned
    8 Check bus bars and supports are clean and clear of debris

    9 Check earthing & bonding of all equipments is as per project specification


    Check that all isolators / circuit breakers are mechanically operational and

    undamaged. Prove all mechanical interlocks
    11 Check functionality and ensure operation as per scheme
    12 Check all internal wiring is correctly loomed and clearly identified
    13 Check that all fuses are installed in accordance with the data sheet

    14 Check that all gland plates and terminations are suitable for external cables

    15 Check that all spare cable entries are correctly plugged


    16 Produce marked-up documents in accordance with installation
    17 Produce list of defects for punchlist issue
