Vessel: M/V ASTERIX as described (See Appendix “A”)

Duration: Period charter for 20 days more or less in chopt.

Delivery: Hongkong ATDNSHINC


- Vessel to deliver with bunkers onboard on delivery but
sufficient for 20 days.
Quantity and prices to be same on delivery and
redelivery.
Estimated bunkers expected onboard on delivery are as
stated below and are subject to bunker survey.
Bunker quantities and prices delivery and redelivery:
Bunker oil – 200 mt @ Usd900.00 per mt.
If there shall be an increase in actual fuel consumption,
it shall be for the account of charterer.

Trading Limits: Continuous trade between safe ports/safe berths/safe


anchorages in the Philippines (Manila/Subic ports).

Redelivery: Hongkong DLOSP, atdnshinc.

Rate of Hire: As agreed. (See Addendum No. 1)


Payment: Hire to be paid to be paid upon signing of the fixture
note.
Bunkers on delivery to be paid upon delivery and
bunker survey.

Port Charges: All port charges (Tonnages, dockages, tugboats, pilot,


stevs
Port authorities, port services, etc) for chrts acct.

C/V/E: US$1500.00

Lost/damage
Lashing mat.: US$1,500.00

Del/redel survey: US$1,000.00

ILOHC: US$ 2,500 lumpsum.

Intermediate hold cleaning if required by Charterers: US$500/hold.

Commission: As agreed (as per Addendum No. 1)

Arbitration: GA/ARB Philippines/Philippine law.

Following additional clause:

Processing of Documents of Cargoes shall be the responsibilities of the


charterer.

Charterers' liability insurance.

Charterers undertake throughout the duration of this charter to have in


place and fully paid up with no breeches of any warranties terms and
conditions the following insurances. Charterers P&I cover for all risks
including charterers liability for pollution on terms equivalent to those
offered by P&I Associations that are members of the International
Group of P&I Clubs such cover to be placed with an International
Group P&I Club or with an underwriter rated no lower than A- by
Standard & Poors. Charterers damage to hull cover for a limit no less
than that advised by owners as being required up to the full insured
value of the vessel. Charterers undertake to have cargo insurance on
terms equivalent to the Institute of London Underwriters cargo terms
Institute Cargo Clauses (A) for all cargo shipped on board the vessel
that is. Charterers to produce evidence of this insurance cover on
request from Owner's.

weight: 33.5 mt incl fixed fittings but excl loose lashing loa 182.52 beam

Speed/cons is about 20.5 knots on about 63 mts IFO (380 cst). Fuel
consumptions abt 10 mts per day.

Charter Party Date: 6 August 2014

MOF COMPANY, INC. as Owners,

and

INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL SSERVICES, INC. as Charterers,

IT IS THIS DAY MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT:

"That the Charterers shall pay for the use and hire of the said Vessel at the rate
of US$9,000.00 per day or pro rata including overtime. Charterers to provide
qualified personnel to operate vessel's cargo handling equipment at their
risk/expense”

2.25% total commission to be paid to MOF Company, Inc. by the charterer.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CHARTER PARTY TO


REMAIN UNALTERED.
