Ladies and Gentlemen, as we are about to begin today’s program, I have a few housekeeping notes.
First, I would like to seek your cooperation in completing this orientation and kindly switch your mobile
phones to silent mode to avoid interruption, Thankyou!
Goodmorning Freshies, it is my greatest pleasure to welcome you all as an Escolarian. We hope that you
will learn a lot today.
Im Raph Arciaga and Im Octavio Villanueva and we would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of
you on behalf of the accountancy and management department.
We would like to start this program with a prayer. May I request all of you to stand and invoke the
Almighty for the invocation- followed by the National Anthem.
OPENING REMARKS
To begin this program, we are pleased to have our Program Head and Asst. Dean of Studies Dr. Amelita
M. Borlongan, to deliver the Opening Remarks.

For us to know the values which tend to support our school’s vision, reflect its true values and shape its
culture, let us call Mr. Aaron Aranda to discuss the CEU vision, mission, Core Values and CEEGA.

Let us now go back to our program where we will now talk about our school’s general services
Can we please now have Ms. Melody Guno to discuss what we should know about the school’s janitorial
services.
**** Thank you Ms. Melody for being responsible of the health and well-being of our community.
For us to understand the role of guidance counsellors in a student’s academic, behavioural and social
School health services are provided through the school system to improve health and well- being of the
students. Can we please have Dr. Alicia Dorado to explain further what our Health Services Section has
to offer.
The school library functions as a resource center for the students, where they will also be able to safely access the internet for
school works. We will now have Ms. Virgie Ann Talamor with us- to discuss the functions of our school library.
The student affairs office is constantly building partnerships for career opportunities; Can we please have Ms. Ronalyn Cuarto to
Science labs and computer laboratories are a workplace for conducting scientific research, or helping the students remember the
concepts better in terms of computer services. Mr. Anacio/ Mendoza will explain further----
School Security encompasses all measures taken to combat threats to people and property in educational envirionments.
Sir Jerry Velasco will help us be better educated in terms of the school’s security section.
Student Affairs Office Ms. Ronalyn Cuarto
The students affair office is the department or division of services and support for student success at institutions of higher
education to enhance student growth and development. Ms. Ronalyn Cuarto will tell us more about the Student’s Affairs
Office.
We are almost done with our program; we surely appreciate for taking the time to stay here with us.
